“Jenny was great with our dig, Riley. She asked lots of smart questions to be sure Riley was getting the best care and staying on his routine. She sent photos and was very accommodating when out flight delay resulted in a later than expected pick up. I highly recommend Jenny and will certainly call on her again.”

“Amanda sent us lots of photos and had everything packed up and ready when we arrived to pick her up. Our girl seemed happy as can be in the photos and when we picked her up. Thanks Amanda!”

“Let me start by saying this was my first time using Rover ever. Andrew was so helpful and reassuring and explained everything to me. I booked a trip to Nj to see the American Dream mall and take my son to Nickelodeon amusement park for his 2nd bday booked a hotel that accepted dogs but could not accept my dog barking and he barked when he was alone he had a bit of separation anxiety. Which I doubt it was as bad as the hotel made it but thanks god for Hsin & Paul! They were able to take pepperoni on last minute.”
“Darrin, Debra, and Emily cared for our most precious treasure Benjamin with much love, attention to detail, and dedication. We are very grateful for their professionalism, and for the good treatment that our English Bulldog received during this stay at their home. We recommend and will request your services again in the future.”

“If I could give 50 stars I would!! My dog refused to get into my car after her first trip to Te’s house. I have a puppy and she got very carsick on the ride over, I got multiple updates and felt the entire time like my dog was in the absolute best hands. A huge bonus was her being safely socialized around other dogs! I cannot recommend Te enough! Good enough to want to gatekeep so she has the dates you need her open - really *that* good 😉”

“Irene was a fantastic cat sitter. She was reliable, communicative and very playful with our cat. She even brought her iPad to entertain our cat with cat games. He alap ate his wet food while she was around, which let us know he felt very comfortable and taken care of by her.”

“Kayla is the most amazing sitter! She takes care of my babies with utmost attention to detail, and timeliness. She takes really fun pics for the rover card, I love reading her messages and pictures on those cards and looking forward to viewing them every time. She even got into a car accident but still came to a morning session not much delayed! She only mentioned to us about the accident after we came back. Such kindhearted and passionate animal lover and carer! I would recommend Kayla to anyone in needs, and it’s super rare for me to leave a review. “Jade is AMAZING! Me and my Diggy are so happy we found such a kind and funny soul. She was very communicative while I was away but most importantly loving and caring towards my baby. He’s been sick the last few months so she helped give his medicine which is not easy. She sent me countless pictures and funny videos that gave me relief while I was on holiday 💚”

“Joni was a wonderful sitter for Tigger! She communicated well throughout the stay and took great care of him — including giving him his medication and gently comforting him when he was scared. The only minor hiccup was with the Rover card check-in timing (either forgetting or tapping a bit too early), but that’s a small thing. Overall, I’d highly recommend her and would definitely book again!”

“Karollyne took great care of my cat Jellybean while I was away! Communication was quick and helpful and I will definitely consider booking her again in the future. Thank you!”

I’m attentive, gentle, and always focused on keeping pets comfortable, safe, and happy. I’m also familiar with basic training, giving medications, and making sure every pet feels loved like they’re part of the family. Pet care is a big part of my everyday life because of my two dogs, Bobby and Dutch. They’ve taught me the importance of consistency, patience, and being present. My daily routine already includes early morning walks, feeding schedules, cleaning up, and plenty of playtime and cuddles. Caring for them has made me naturally organized and attentive to the needs of other pets. Whether it’s a puppy full of energy or a senior dog needing a slower pace, I make sure every pet feels safe, loved, and part of the family. Whether caring for pets in my home or my client’s, I prioritize making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I follow their usual routine closely including meals, walks, potty breaks, and playtime while creating a calm, pet-friendly environment. I’m experienced with crate training and can help reinforce good habits, making sure pets feel secure in their space. I’m also comfortable administering medications when needed, carefully following instructions to ensure their health and well-being. About: I’ve been pet sitting for over 2 years and truly love caring for animals. Along with my experience providing overnight care, I currently work as a veterinary assistant, where I care for both dogs and cats in a professional setting. Working in vet medicine has helped me become comfortable with pets of all ages, sizes, personalities, and needs, including senior pets and anxious animals. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and routine to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I work full time, so I fit pet care around my work schedule. I’m available on weekends and some Thursdays, which I’ve listed in my availability. I make sure to plan ahead so I can be consistent and give pets proper care and attention when I’m with them. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their normal routine as closely as possible to help the pet feel comfortable and secure. I make sure they are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get walks and bathroom breaks, and receive plenty of attention and playtime. I also keep their environment clean and safe and follow any specific instructions provided by the owner.

“Molly is fantastic. She was kind enough to come for a quick meet and greet, so Casper could meet her for the first time while I was home. Her husband, Quentin, is also very sweet. I am very picky who I trust with my black cat, and I trust Molly. I have already scheduled another drop-in visit. Thank you, Molly!”

About: Hi, I’m Aria✨ I’m a JC local who enjoys long walks at the park (with your dog). My love for animals started when I volunteered to dog-walk and help find dogs a home at an SPCA in Charleston, SC for 3 yrs. Since then, I’ve been taking care of my family, friends, and neighbors dogs :) I’ll only confirm a dog-walk and dog sitting shift if I’m working from home and can guarantee I can be present with your fur baby •Affection (dogs love company that make them feel comfortable and loved). I’m always sure to make them feel seen and cared for. It can be tough on them being away from their caregiver. So affection goes a long way. •Making sure they’re fed & hydrated (always attending them according to their usual/specific routine).

Perfect for high energy dogs - Newark
“This was the last daycare I had with Jennifer before my sweet elderly Xander passed. Xander had come to like Jennifer and over time, started to show excitement when he saw her. So this final rating was given by the dog. Xander had many medical needs and Jennifer accepted all of them. Xander passed yesterday and I contacted her to inform her and thank her. I didn't mention this but I was feeling regret about not checking the box asking for pictures all day long. SHE STARTED SENDING ME PICTURES. I"M CRYING BIG TEARS THANK YOU.”

“Neide's care for our dog Ace was exceptional. Her genuine love for animals was evident, and Ace connected with her instantly. Neide's attention to detail, communication, and dedication turned our worries into peace of mind. Highly recommended for her outstanding pet care!”

About: As a devoted dog enthusiast, I have accumulated over two decades of expertise in pet care and have been a dog owner for 25 years. My two English cocker spaniels hold a special place in my heart, making them my absolute world, alongside my spaniel before my current two that I had for 17 years, who passed away in 2019. Spaniels hold a special place in my heart. As a remote worker with a highly flexible schedule, I am able to be present with the puppies and dogs regardless of whether it is a weekend or a weekday. Residing in a two-story townhouse, I do not have a backyard, but I do have three balconies. Additionally, there is a park located nearby. I also have two English cocker spaniels, who are siblings, named Parker and Riley. They are friendly and calm after the initial few minutes. Parker and Riley are both six years old, and my husband and I ensure their well-being by keeping them well-groomed. We consistently monitor their eyes, perform regular teeth brushing, and ensure that their paws and nails are in optimal condition.

“Absolutely AMAZING experience! Our dog was so well cared for and clearly loved every minute. We got great updates and photos that gave us total peace of mind. It’s such a relief finding someone we trust completely with our pup. Highly recommend, we will definitely be booking again and again!”

“Michelle is great to work with. My pup returned content and tired, which indicates he had a good day. The updates and photos provided throughout the day were appreciated. Highly recommended!”

“I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. Luna was taken care of, very well, and the communication (written/visually) was outstanding! I am very pleased with the attention, and we will be back soon! Thanks very much! We are both very happy Rovers.”

About: Hi! I’m Tina, a lifelong dog lover who truly believes pets are family. Growing up, I had a Pekingese who was part of our family for 16 wonderful years, she was my best friend, and I was involved in her care every single day, from walks and feeding to just spending time together. In high school I also helped walk and care for dogs in my neighborhood, which gave me experience with all kinds of personalities, sizes, and energy levels. I’m not a professionally trained handler, but I think honesty goes a long way when someone is trusting you with their dog. What I can genuinely offer is patience, attentiveness, and a lot of love. I’m actually looking into additional pet care training because this is something I really enjoy and want to keep growing in. I work fully remotely, which means I can provide lots of supervision, companionship, potty breaks, walks, and attention throughout the day. Your dog won’t be left alone for long periods and will have plenty of opportunities for interaction and care. I currently live in a pet-friendly apartment community with a dog park located downstairs, and I also have reliable transportation to take dogs to nearby parks and walking areas if appropriate. A little about me: I studied Public Health during both my undergraduate and graduate education, earned my Master’s degree in Global Health from Harvard , and currently work in the health industry. That sound unrelated, but honestly it’s shaped how I approach responsibility: carefully, consistently, and always with the other person’s (or pup’s!) needs in mind. I know how much it means to find someone you can really trust with your dog. I’d love to meet you and your pup and go from there! I am available Monday through Friday from 9am to 9pm, and on weekends from 10am to 12pm and 3pm to 5pm. I'm happy to accommodate special needs outside of these hours to ensure your pet receives the best care possible! In my home, I can comfortably accommodate small dogs/medium size dogs ensuring they have a safe, clean, and loving environment. I provide plenty of playtime, regular walks, and constant supervision to make sure your pet feels secure and happy.
About: I have cared for other people's dogs--roommates, friends, neighbors--since childhood, many decades! I've lived with cats, dogs and birds. I said goodbye to my rescue Westie of almost 17 years during 2025, and I’m not ready for another long-term pet commitment yet. I puppy trained her (with trainer) from 4 months and provided senior care for the last few years. I am very patient when meeting new animal souls, allowing them to come to me when they’re ready. I have been taking shelter dogs on Afternoon Adventures and have been successful with helping to train dogs in my care. I am working part time and have a flexible schedule, and now that I'm pet-less, I am available, even on short notice. I have been going on walks/hikes in our beautiful parks (over 2 miles) and would prefer some four-legged company. I am very good at following your instructions, respectful of routines and choices you make, and sensitive to furry companions' needs. I'll send you lots of pics! I will board low-maintenance/energy pets in my home, not puppies or kittens.
About: Since a child, home has always been made complete with pets, and that is where a genuine love for animals began within me. I’ve been around different breads and ages, from shitzu to pit bull and puppies to seniors, which gave me a broader understanding in the proper care (feeding structure, walking/exercise, pet proofing environments, etc.) and comfort required for each individual pet. The years of experience that I’ve had with these incredible fur babies has led me to ultimately pursuing my passion in helping others care for theirs! I am currently working from home, leaving me with an overall open and flexible schedule. Pet daycare is available Monday-Friday until 6pm (weekends can be further discussed). Also, due to involvement with my home church, Sundays I typically have to leave for a couple hours in the morning, for anyone interested in pet boarding availability. My home is a pet-proofed, cozy house with a spacious, fenced-in backyard, located near a park only a few minutes away walking distance. There aren’t any children nor any pets at home, creating plenty of space for your pet to safely and freely enjoy! While caring for your pets, I always prioritize following their set schedules as well, in regard to their feeding, exercise, potty, rest, and medication (if necessary). I want every owner to feel peace while they are away, so I make sure to provide consistent communication and photos/videos updates throughout the stay!
About: Since I was young I grew up in a house surrounded by animals so I always learned to love and respect them. I always take care of friends and family's pets when they travel, and i love it! I’m a full time pet sitter who also works as a content creator lol you might be asked if I can create content with your pet. 🐾 I also have my husband’s help time to time 🥰 he is a pet lover just like me and he is more than happy to help! I believe that home is the best and safest place for your pet, so I make myself available to go to your home and take care of your pet. Keeping a healthy and loving environment for the pet to go through this moment in the most friendly and loving way. As for my house is on the second floor but your pet will have a good time walking in the park across the street.

About: I grew up with dogs and cats, and really care about taking good care of pets. I also did a dog grooming course, so I know how to do that, as well. In a previous job, one of my duties was taking care of a French bulldog. I am fully available throughout the day and can also administer medication to pets when needed. Pet care requires attention and dedication, and I am committed to providing the care they need. I am available for multiple daily visits to make sure your pet is comfortable, cared for, and never feels alone, although I do not offer overnight stays.
“Andrew is top rated for a reason! Totally worth the cost. He’s got a great space perfect for a dog to free roam and family all committed to the care of your little one. Professional, accommodating, attentive, and great with updates / communication. New to the area and was nervous leaving my little one with a new care giver for an extended period for work travel. Andrew gave me tons of peace of mind. Definitely recommend!”

“Jamin was great and accommodating at the last minute. He was definitely attentive to Yanni's needs and was helpful in getting him acclimated to a new environment. Hands down would book again”

About: I had adopted a stray cat that has followed home one day. I named him Fishie and took care of the cat for 1 year before I moved out from my parents house. I trained Fishie to walk on a leash outside and often visit him at my parents house every month. I am currently working from home full-time so I am available to cat sit for a majority of the day as long as there is internet. I can also just drop by to play with the cat, feed them, and clean there litter if you would only like quick visits. I live in a house with 4 other roommates so someone is almost always home. We also currently have 1 small dog named Sqj. She is very friendly with other animals, but will occasionally bark at a new human. Sqj has also lived with a cat and has gotten along well with them.
“Rosemeri was a great dog sitter for our little Betty. She kept us updated with pictures and video of our pup while we were out for the day. I would definitely recommend her.”

As well as several grassy fields. I don’t have any wires/plants/chemicals etc. out in the open that would be exposed to the pups. I also buy new toys for the each pet upon arrival (With pet parents permission).
About: I used to dog sitting my friends dog because I couldn’t have my own dog. So I gained dog sitting experience from there. Now I have my own baby, and I would still love to share my love with other dogs. My baby also loves to make friends. So it’s a win win situation. Walking the dogs two to three times. Morning, before lunch, and dinner. Playtime and socializing time with my dog. If there’s special needs, let me know. I live in an apartment where there are two dog parks around. There is a path by my apartment and by the river which is safe to walk.

I’ve got my routine, but I always make sure to carve out time for their walks, meals, and all the love, so it just works for both of us When pets are with me, they get a calm, welcoming space to relax and be cared for. In their home, I stick to what they know, so they’re always comfortable
About: Hello! I’ve been around dogs since kindergarten. I am extremely patient and love dogs more than humans sometimes, I haven’t met a dog that didn’t love me :) I also have owned two senior dogs and a new puppy, so I am well versed on handling different energy levels in dogs. I live in an apartment that has gated yards and a park that is 5 minutes away. I also have a crate if the dog needs one along with a one year old yorkie that is very friendly and energetic. If the dog is reactive and not great around other dogs, I have a family member that I can stay with while your dog is in my possession that is dog free and has a gated front yard the dog can play in. I am currently working part time during the late evenings. The best time for drop offs/pick ups would be in the early morning and afternoon 6am-3pm on Mondays and Thursdays. I am typically off Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays, so pick ups/drop offs work for whenever those days. Fridays and Saturday’s I work in the night time, so pick up/drop offs are ideal anytime before 7pm :) Any other time discrepancies can worked out to accommodate your plans. I take pet care extremely seriously. Each day consists of multiple walks along with play time either in my own home or the dog park and with dog enrichment. Enrichment is crucial because it stimulates a dogs brain and provides entertainment for a while. Dog parks are also essential because it helps the dog interact and play with other dogs

“Jenny was great with our dig, Riley. She asked lots of smart questions to be sure Riley was getting the best care and staying on his routine. She sent photos and was very accommodating when out flight delay resulted in a later than expected pick up. I highly recommend Jenny and will certainly call on her again.”

“Let me start by saying this was my first time using Rover ever. Andrew was so helpful and reassuring and explained everything to me. Additionally, while I was away he kept me up to date with texts and pictures of Finn. Finn had a great time with Andrew and you can just tell Andrew knew exactly how to best care for my puppy. Thank you so much!!”

“Neide Was wonderful!! Teddy had a great time with her, she kept him busy and always kept me in the loop with videos and photos as well as messages, I will absolutely recommend her and will be using her again!! Such a nice lady.”

“Helped out in a last minute notice in a whole different state and treated pepperoni like he was their own 🥰 I can honestly say I got super lucky with them!

“From the second we met Joni I knew our dog Poppy would be in great hands. Poppy immediately felt comfortable with Joni and didn't even look back as we walked away during the drop off. Joni was in touch with us with pictures and messages about what Poppy was up to several times a day. We would recommend Joni to anyone who is looking for a loving and reliable pet sitter. Thank you Joni!!!!!”

“Lifu was great with Lily, seems Lily had a good time staying over with her. Very good communication and punctual on drop off and pick up times, would recommend to other dog parents!”

“I had such a wonderful first-time dog-sitting experience thanks to Starry and Gio. They are absolutely awesome and took amazing care of Billion. It's like a winter camp for him. I got tons of cute photos and message updates, which kept me totally worry-free the whole time. I would highly recommend them and will definitely book again!”

About: I feel what makes me different from other candidates is that I have treats for them. I make sure they are always comfortable. I give you updates on how they are doing. I know as dog parents sometimes we stress of knowing how they are. I also have been working taking care of dogs since I was 15. It was helped me learn a lot through the years Taking care of your fur baby fits in my daily routine because I have extra time and I enjoy going on walks and they bring so much joy. What makes my home safe is that I live a safe area. There is a park across the street across the street. They also get the backyard. There are no kids and they will monitored.
“We had a great experience boarding our 9 months old puppy with Zimming for 8 days. She sent regular updates and photos that made us smile. It felt like our doggie was on vacation as well. She got to play and socialize with a few different dogs. I highly recommend Zimming to anyone.”

“Deibi and Tiffany took wonderful care of my two dogs over a long weekend. I received detailed updates, photos, and videos everyday. Tiffany was super responsive and she’s so kind! My dogs didn’t want to leave!!!”
