While I was away in Mexico, I never had to wonder how Max was doing. Justine sent regular updates with photos and videos, and it was obvious from every update that she genuinely cared about him. She didn’t just watch him—she spent time with him, played with him, and gave him so much love and attention. It was clear he wasn’t just another pet to her. When I picked Max up, he was happy, relaxed, well-fed, and acted like he’d been home the whole time. That’s probably the biggest compliment I can give. I could tell he felt safe and cared for every single day he was with her. On top of that, I accidentally left some of Max’s belongings at her house, and she even took the time to drive them back to me. That level of thoughtfulness really says everything about the kind of person she is. This was my first experience using Rover, and because of Justine, it couldn’t have gone better. She exceeded every expectation I had, and I would trust her with Max again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much, Justine!”
