I’m available weekdays and weekends during the mornings (10am-12pm), midday (12pm-2pm) and afternoon/night (2pm to 10pm) for walks and drop-ins. I also offer overnight stay both during the weekdays and weekends with dedicated morning and evening pet time. I request a meet and greet before accepting to take care of your pet at your home to align on expectations. In this meet and greet, we would review your pet’s daily routine, dietary needs, medication schedules, and behavioral quirks. Also discuss home access, safety measures, and disclosing security cameras or household staff who may come by during the visit. For house-sitting, I will ensure consistent communication by sending daily updates with photos and summaries of how your pet ate, their bathroom habits, and/or how they behaved. I will also treat your residence with respect.

About: Our Why? We have Huskies, and while still offering our service to other breeds, we highlight that it takes a fellow Husky owner to understand what a Husky needs. Despite their mischievous shenanigans, Houdini escape attempts, endless fur-sheddings, high-pitched vocalizations, bubbly, energized personalities, and hyperactive frolicking, we adore huskies. We understand finding experienced, dependable, loving, and trustworthy caregivers for your Husky isn't easy. That's why we are here to help. We currently have two friendly young huskies (one male and one female- fixed and crate-trained). We also have experience with English bulldogs, Sharpeis, Chow-Chows, Labs, Doodles, and Boxers. We only offer care for dogs based upon the comfortability of the match to our pet-care style and demeanor. We love our pets as we will love yours. We are focused on weekends, holidays, and summer care. We are open to possible weekday arrangements if your dog is crate-trained. Before booking us, a drop-by visit is required to test the compatibility of all humans and dogs. A few things: Special note-while we have never owned a French bulldog, we are particularly interested in learning to care for this breed. Your pet must be spayed or nurtured to receive boarding in our home. Also, we are sorry but we cannot offer care for full or mixed Pit Bull breeds. How does pet care fit into your daily and weekly lives? Our pets receive two meals a day, comprising dry food and water. Our pets are crate-trained and remain crated when owners are away. Most of the time, there is an adult in the house. Our dogs can access a large fenced backyard with green grass and trees. Our dogs walk with owners through nearby Branch Brooke Park and visit the dog park almost daily. Our dogs are crated during adult meal times and sleep in the main bedroom on the floor, side couch, or end of bed at night. We maintain a clean home and provide puppy pads during inclement weather to avoid mud and chaos. Pets have access to some rooms, but not all rooms in the house. Toys and treats are provided regularly. Linens on beds where animals may sleep are washed and switched out regularly. Our gate is blocked off on both sides because huskies are known for escaping. Our pets have ID collars and ID dog tags and wear GPS trackers during the day. Our dogs are up-to-date on immunizations and have been spayed/neutered. We don't hit our dogs with our hands or objects but use basic word commands. Training dogs is always a work in progress. They are both loved for their uniqueness. We only plan to care for pets in our home. We have a large and welcoming home.

Because my work is contract-based, I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time during the week for pet care. About: I’ve recently moved to NJ about two years ago. Prior to moving here, I have walked many many dogs including Great Danes, Samoyed, German Shepherds, Yorkies, etc. On occasion I would cat sit my friend’s cats whenever they go on vacation. I love ALL kinds of animals, but do the best when they’re friendly to humans. Im high energy and like to be out going, so I do prefer dogs with lots of energy to play, walk, or run with! I’m a college student working part time over the summer. Despite that, my job is very flexible and I can move things around to fit whatever works best for you. My Saturday & Sunday are busy from 4pm-11pm and my Mondays and Thursday are busy from 11am-10pm, but I can move things around if needed. I only ask that I would get a week in advance notice! I absolutely love playing with animals. I’m high energy myself and seeing any animals happy makes my heart melt. I would take probably hundreds of photos of the fur balls! I work best with animals that are already tamed or don’t bite. I’m also very good with following any type of instructions and would ask questions to sort out any concerns prior to pet sitting.

About: Currently a medical student. I've been the primary care provider for our family dog and my best friend "Bama" for the past 11 years. I'm also the go-to friend and family dog sitter whenever the need arises. I have earned trust due to my love of life as a biologist and as a respected Eagle Scout. I know each life form has its own beautiful soul and should be treated with kindness and respect for that reason. I have pet care experience with dogs, cats, mice, and fish. I am currently a medical school, therefore, unemployed and have a lot of time to walk, play with, and give long belly scratches to furry friends. Outside of my own personal experiences interacting with pets, I have also taken many courses in animal behavior and the biological basis of animal learning. I have a very solid understanding of why animals do the things they do and this allows me to adapt to whatever circumstances and/or needs of the pets or animals that I interact with.
