I genuinely enjoy the rhythm of it, and I treat every booking with the same level of care and responsibility I bring to my academic and work commitments. Whether I’m in my home or yours, I treat every pet like they’re my own. I love making sure everyone—pets and people—feels comfortable, safe, and at ease. That’s something I’ve really practiced through leading Catching Wind, the cycling and wellness club I started in college. Creating a space where people felt welcomed, supported, and looked after—whether they were riding for the first time or just needed community—taught me a lot about patience, attentiveness, and how to care for different needs. I bring that same approach to pet care. I listen closely, follow instructions, respect your space, and aim to create an environment where your pet feels loved, relaxed, and understood.

About: Hi my name is Amanda, I am a recent graduate. I’m a huge animal lover and I’ve had experience pet sitting and caring for animals for about 4 years now. I’ve had a fur baby of my own named Leo who sadly passed from epilepsy. I am responsible and will treat your pet like it is my own. I will update you frequently on how your pet is doing and respond quickly to any questions you may have. It is my pleasure to get your services set up so that your fur babies can experience outstanding care while you are away. I would love to welcome your furry family member! I currently work full-time, but I have a flexible schedule and do my best to accommodate pet care requests. I’m off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, making me available throughout the day for walks, drop-in visits, or daycare. On Fridays, I work from 4:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and am available for visits and walks after my shift. Saturdays are wide open, making them perfect for daytime care, walks, or date-night sitting. On Sundays, I’m available after 6:00 p.m. for evening visits or walks. If your requested time falls outside of my listed availability, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to see if I can make it work! I live in a pet-friendly apartment community with plenty of green space for potty breaks and outdoor time. I'm also just a 3-minute walk from Monte Irvin Park, where dogs can enjoy longer walks, exercise, and fresh air. I provide a safe, clean, and calm environment and always follow each pet's routine and any instructions provided by their owner. Whether it's playtime, cuddles, feeding, or medication (if needed), I'll make sure your pet feels comfortable, loved, and well cared for while you're away.

I will be home with them at all times so if they have a favorite game or simply enjoy chill company I will gladly do whatever makes them most comfortable! I also do drop ins!
