She treated Zeus like he was part of her own family, and that level of care made all the difference. Zeus is a sensitive dog. He’s usually very shy, doesn’t warm up to strangers easily, and struggles with separation anxiety. He’s also not the most social when it comes to other animals. But somehow, Angie managed to connect with him. Within just a few days, I could see a shift. He looked relaxed, at ease, and even comfortable hanging around her cats, which is a first. Angie kept me updated every day with photos and videos. I never had to ask—she was always on top of it. I could tell he was happy, healthy, and in good hands. It honestly felt like Zeus was on his own vacation while we were away for 10 days. This was hands down the best experience we’ve had with a dog sitter. I currently work in a veterinary clinic as a tech but hoping to peruse a career as a veterinarian so I can continue my passion for helping animals. I have experience working with all different sizes of dogs as well as ones with special needs. I am comfortable with giving any medication your pet needs, such as pills or insulin if it is needed during my visit. I am a full time student and vet tech , however I am available Friday and during the weekends. As far as time goes, those days I am available during anytime for your fur baby ! I can assure you that your pet will be in safe hands. I will not put them nor myself in any dangerous situations. If anything were ever to happen I will make sure to notify you a soon a possible and seek help if needed.

My dog had a cone and a lick sleeve and we went for a Meet and Great with Manuel. He was so warm, professional and compassionate to my lil guy. About: Experienced pet sitter. My family and I have had dogs and cats as pets for over 25 years. We have also rescued stray cats and dogs. More recently, I lived with three dogs (all different breeds and sizes) for a year. I have some experience with training puppies and so I enjoy keeping up with any training/habits they have on walks, etc. I dont have any of my own fur babies as of now. But, I look forward to taking care of your pet as my own! I am currently working remote. I enjoy waking up early and taking them for a long walk. As my own rule, I avoid the dog park and any encounters with leashed/unleashed dogs. So, I will usually let them sniff on their walks or have leashed play time at the park. I have toys but I also enjoy doing indoor playtime. I also have no other pets in the apartment and I have a grassy area closeby. It's easy to walk around the neighborhood.

We were in contact for weeks before Max’s stay, and she took the time to answer all of my questions and make me feel completely comfortable. As a first-time Rover user, that meant so much to me. While I was away in Mexico, I never had to wonder how Max was doing. Justine sent regular updates with photos and videos, and it was obvious from every update that she genuinely cared about him. “I’m usually very nervous about leaving Benji, he’s wary of strangers and takes a long time to warm up. That’s why I was genuinely surprised at how quickly he trusted Akshay. While I was away, Akshay was consistently responsive and communicative, which gave me real peace of mind. He was also extremely flexible and worked with me on dropoff/ pickup, which made everything easier. It’s obvious he truly cares about animals and has a lot of empathy; Sirus’s excellent manners are a reflection of that. When Benji got injured, it was heartwarming to see how much Akshay truly cared. He continued to check in even weeks after the booking ended to see how he was doing. I find it difficult to find people with his level of transparency who build a lot of trust.
