“Helped out in a last minute notice in a whole different state and treated pepperoni like he was their own 🥰 I can honestly say I got super lucky with them! I booked a trip to Nj to see the American Dream mall and take my son to Nickelodeon amusement park for his 2nd bday booked a hotel that accepted dogs but could not accept my dog barking and he barked when he was alone he had a bit of separation anxiety. Which I doubt it was as bad as the hotel made it but thanks god for Hsin & Paul! They were able to take pepperoni on last minute.”

She was careful to write down all medication instructions (4 different medications taken 2 or 3 times a day) She was also kind to me - I had never left my dog with a stranger let alone when she was sick. “Wow! Teddy was very well loved during her stay with Amanda! She sent multiple pictures daily and didn't get upset when I would check in with her about how Teddy was adjusting. She gave Teddy all the cuddles, all the walks Teddy needed, and was comfortable giving Teddy her allergy medication daily. Amanda was kind enough to do a meet and greet prior to booking && was so genuine and caring. It made our drop off way easier for Teddy and I. I would highly recommend her!”

This was our second time leaving Nipsey & Rosie with Lindsey, and once again, she was absolutely amazing! It was a pleasure meeting Enrique and having my boy Lucky with him for a last minute overnight stay. Enrique was very communicative from the meet and greet to when he was actually with my pup. Lucky came home happy and smiling. Would not hesitate to book with Enrique again!
Hsin and Phil were very responsive and caring during Brooklyn’s stay. They kept sharing pictures and regular updates with us, which gave us great peace of mind while we were in Turkey. Blanca was a wonderful caretaker for our 2 year old Havanese! We are a bit particular with instructions, and she followed them to make sure Sonny felt at home. She only takes 1 dog at a time (plus her own sweet dog),so her house is orderly and clean. Her backyard play area is fenced in which gives the dogs ample room to play. I highly recommend!
Rosemeri was an absolute gem for me and my lil senior furry girl. I was stressed to leave for a week when my plans fell through and she responded quickly was flexible with a meet and greet. She has a beautiful set up. She loved on Sophie, when running out of food she provided and sent us home with a little for the road. She sent photos and provided updates regularly. When we were leaving Sophie ran back to her (I think 😂🫣) and was a good sign that Sophie was well cared for. If we lived closer I would be back regularly but it’s worth the drive.
Maisha was absolutely amazing with Honey! Her communication was great from start to finish. She was very responsive, kept me updated throughout Honey’s stay, and sent plenty of pictures, which I really appreciated. She took Honey on walks, made sure she was comfortable, and truly treated her like she was her own. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing Honey was being well cared for while we were away. I would definitely book with Maisha again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable, attentive, and caring to watch their fur baby! 🐾
From booking his stay to picking up my dog after my trip, Christabel was communicative and trustworthy. In the initial visit to her apartment, it was evident it was very clean, safe, and stylish. She proactively asked for documentation needed in case of emergency which is thoughtful. Throughout my dogs stay I received numerous photos and videos of him being walked or lounging, and he didn’t seem anxious like he usually is in new situations. He stopped eating like I mentioned to her, and she went out to get a different wet food for him which he loved! She also got him a small ball at the same time to try a new toy. I have used more expensive pet boarding services in the past, and decided to try rover to save money. Im glad to say the service provided by Christabel was so personable and comforting I was able to relax on my trip knowing my dog was in good hands.
Sonya was amazing with our doggie Kylo. This is Kylo’s first time away from home and familiar faces so he was anxious. Sonya made sure to treat him like her own and kept me up to date on his stay. Would highly recommend her to anyone needing sitting services and her doggie also made Kylo feel welcomed.
Moonyoung and Sunhyung took such wonderful care of our dog Nova. From the very begining, they were thoughful, kind and caring. They asked all the right questions and really took the time to understand Nova's needs and personality. They provided daily updates on how Nova was doing along with a few pictures! It was clear they genuienly cared about her and treated her like their own. I highly recommend them and will definitely call on them again to care for our girl!
