I booked a trip to Nj to see the American Dream mall and take my son to Nickelodeon amusement park for his 2nd bday booked a hotel that accepted dogs but could not accept my dog barking and he barked when he was alone he had a bit of separation anxiety. Which I doubt it was as bad as the hotel made it but thanks god for Hsin & Paul! They were able to take pepperoni on last minute.”

She was careful to write down all medication instructions (4 different medications taken 2 or 3 times a day) She was also kind to me - I had never left my dog with a stranger let alone when she was sick. We were in contact for weeks before Max’s stay, and she took the time to answer all of my questions and make me feel completely comfortable. As a first-time Rover user, that meant so much to me.
