While I was away, Akshay was consistently responsive and communicative, which gave me real peace of mind. It’s obvious he truly cares about animals and has a lot of empathy; Sirus’s excellent manners are a reflection of that. When Benji got injured, it was heartwarming to see how much Akshay truly cared. He continued to check in even weeks after the booking ended to see how he was doing. I find it difficult to find people with his level of transparency who build a lot of trust.
