“In the three years owning Chuck and Chester, we've never had to leave town without them. Then on July 4th I received some news that forced me to leave town for a several days. I contacted several kennels in our area and all are booked or aren't answering. Fortunately a neighbor of ours recommended Nathalie through Rover. I reviewed her page here on Rover and then I left a booking request and within minutes she replied. "Sure just bring them by tomorrow morning." So the next morning, doggy bags packed, I drop them off at Nathalie's home, and she immediately took them for a walk. For the next 4 days I was sent pictures and assurances that all was fine for my two fur babies. I eventually picked up two very happy dogs. Communications with Nathalie were always easy and prompt. I can't recommend her enough, especially considering how she came to my rescue during a very difficult occasion.”
