About: I had adopted a stray cat that has followed home one day. I named him Fishie and took care of the cat for 1 year before I moved out from my parents house. I trained Fishie to walk on a leash outside and often visit him at my parents house every month. I am currently working from home full-time so I am available to cat sit for a majority of the day as long as there is internet. I can also just drop by to play with the cat, feed them, and clean there litter if you would only like quick visits. I live in a house with 4 other roommates so someone is almost always home. In college I would dog and house sit frequently and in the last 10 years I have had my own dog-one a pitbull who has passed, as well as two beagles.I have cared for dogs of all ages as well as all breeds. I also do well with dogs who are not friendly on aleash. I am curretnly a dance teacher and work part time at stretch lab. I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule that allows me to be available to care for your pups! I have a beagle who is 3, I adopted her last year. My love for animals started when I volunteered to dog-walk and help find dogs a home at an SPCA in Charleston, SC for 3 yrs. Since then, I’ve been taking care of my family, friends, and neighbors dogs :) I’ll only confirm a dog-walk and dog sitting shift if I’m working from home and can guarantee I can be present with your fur baby •Affection (dogs love company that make them feel comfortable and loved). I’m always sure to make them feel seen and cared for. It can be tough on them being away from their caregiver. I have two dogs whom I walk daily and spend time with regularly. While I was away, Akshay was consistently responsive and communicative, which gave me real peace of mind. He was also extremely flexible and worked with me on dropoff/ pickup, which made everything easier. It’s obvious he truly cares about animals and has a lot of empathy; Sirus’s excellent manners are a reflection of that. When Benji got injured, it was heartwarming to see how much Akshay truly cared. He continued to check in even weeks after the booking ended to see how he was doing. I find it difficult to find people with his level of transparency who build a lot of trust. We got frequent updates through pictures and videos and they were very responsive in general. They have a large place that easily accommodated multiple dogs and their backyard made it easier for Rambo and his new friends to run around and play off leash in a safe environment. They also stuck our spoilt brats diet and made sure that he was always entertained. We are looking forward to using them again in the future for all our boarding purposes!”
