“Maisha was an amazing sitter for my pup! She restored my trust in the Rover platform after a couple of not so pleasant experiences…and he smelled amazing at pickup! I received morning and nightly updates with pics. Will definitely book again!!”

“Jenny was great, patience, kind and communicative. She sent pictures and replied to our messages. Most importantly she was sweet to our fearful dog Tessa and made her feel safe. I would recommend her to anyone.”

“Helped out in a last minute notice in a whole different state and treated pepperoni like he was their own 🥰 I can honestly say I got super lucky with them! I booked a trip to Nj to see the American Dream mall and take my son to Nickelodeon amusement park for his 2nd bday booked a hotel that accepted dogs but could not accept my dog barking and he barked when he was alone he had a bit of separation anxiety. Which I doubt it was as bad as the hotel made it but thanks god for Hsin & Paul! They were able to take pepperoni on last minute.”

“Amanda sent us lots of photos and had everything packed up and ready when we arrived to pick her up. Our girl seemed happy as can be in the photos and when we picked her up. Thanks Amanda!”

About: I am an animal-loving, high school science teacher, located in Harrison, NJ (previously in Secaucus, Jersey City and Union City). I welcomed my own puppy home in May 2021 and have plenty of experience taking care of my sisters’ three dogs. I live in a spacious townhouse at a pet-friendly complex that has its own dog park. I’m very good with strict schedules & routines and love taking pictures & videos of my furry friends, so their humans won’t have to worry! I am at work from 7:30am to 4pm every Monday to Friday. I can do check-ins outside of these times. I can board and do doggy daycare only on weekends (starting Friday evening) and my days off, as I do not feel comfortable leaving any animal alone while I’m at work. I am a school teacher, so during the summer, I’ll be home for a majority of the day throughout the week! If I have to leave a pet alone, I will use a pet gate, playpen, or crate as needed so no pet gets into any dangerous situation. For check-ins, I will keep your space as clean as possible, so your pet doesn’t get in any icky situations! I will respect your home and always communicate what I’m doing.
“Karollyne was great with Bizzle. She was kind and understanding and really managed to build trust with Bizzle in a short period of time. Bizzle is a senior dog and just needs gentle care and understanding which Karollyne did a great job! Highly recommended.”

“Caroline was a gem! She was very accommodating of the last minute request and the way she wanted to do a short meet and greet prior to my dog’s stay, it felt very genuine of her to ensure her dogs and my dog had a good introduction. I was nervous about leaving my dog Berkeley for a week, but Caroline and her family really loved on Berkeley like their own and I really loved that she sent frequent photos, videos, and updates about how Berkeley was doing.”

“Ivanna was amazing with my baby and provided reliable and professional dog boarding in the Union NJ area. She created a safe and caring environment and followed all of her care instructions perfectly. My baby felt comfortable and happy throughout the entire stay, and the frequent photo updates gave me so much peace of mind. She came home relaxed, well fed, and clearly loved. I highly recommend Ivanna to anyone looking for trustworthy overnight dog boarding or a caring pet sitter, and I will definitely book with her again.”
“Let me start by saying this was my first time using Rover ever. Andrew was so helpful and reassuring and explained everything to me. Additionally, while I was away he kept me up to date with texts and pictures of Finn. Finn had a great time with Andrew and you can just tell Andrew knew exactly how to best care for my puppy. Thank you so much!!”

“Nicolle and Ray are incredible sitters! They kept me updated frequently with how my dog Maggie was doing, even sharing a daily schedule. They truly pampered Maggie, gifting her an adorable sweater, toys, and treats. Their dog, Luna, got along great with Maggie, too. I couldn’t have asked for better sitters!”

About: Dogs have always been a massive part of my life. I grew up with a beloved Maltese who lived to a happy, healthy 17 years old, so I am deeply familiar with the dedicated care, patience, and attention that senior dogs and smaller breeds require. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience pet-sitting a wide variety of breeds and personalities, including: High-Energy & Large Breeds: Mini Goldendoodles Small & Toy Breeds: Toy Poodles, Bichons, and Maltese Whether your dog is a high-energy pup who loves to play or a sweet senior who just wants to curl up next to my desk while I work, I know how to adapt to their specific routine and comfort levels. I live in a fantastic, dog-friendly apartment complex that is perfectly set up for a guest pup’s staycation: On-Site Dog Park: Right inside my complex, perfect for safe, enclosed playtime and socializing (if permitted). Great Walking Paths: Plenty of safe, sidewalk-lined areas right outside my door for frequent, structured potty breaks and refreshing walks. Constant Supervision: Because my job keeps me glued to my home office, your dog will never be left unattended. They will have full run of the apartment, plenty of couch cuddles, and a flexible schedule that revolves entirely around their needs. I can’t wait to meet your furry family member and provide them with a safe, loving home away from home! Because we both work from home full-time, our entire daily and weekly routine is built around flexibility. We are in the home 24/7, meaning your dog will receive constant, uninterrupted attention, frequent potty breaks, and plenty of companionship. Our schedule adapts completely to your dog’s natural routine, not the other way around. If their normal day requires a midday walk, specific feeding windows, or medication, we mirror that exactly. Best of all, because there are two of us, we operate as a team—if one of us is in a deep-focus work meeting or running a quick errand, the other is right there to step in. We are fully available for full-time boarding and dedicated to making our home your pup's favorite staycation. We focus entirely on providing a safe, low-stress, and highly attentive environment in our home. Because we don’t have a resident dog of our own, your pup gets our undivided love and the run of the apartment. Here is exactly how we ensure a safe and trustworthy stay: Continuous Supervision: Since we both work from home full-time, your dog is never left alone or uncrated in an empty apartment. We double-team our schedules, meaning there is always someone available to supervise playtime, monitor behaviors, and offer comfort. A Secure, Tailored Environment: Before any guest arrives, we ensure our apartment is fully dog-proofed. We carefully match our home's setup to your dog’s usual habits—whether they prefer sleeping in a crate, curling up in a dedicated dog bed, or claiming a spot right next to our office desks. Active & Safe Outings: For bathroom breaks and exercise, we utilize the excellent walking paths around our complex. If your dog loves to socialize, we have access to our complex's secure, on-site dog park. However, we only do park play or interactions with other dogs if you explicitly give us the green light. Strict Routine Management: We strictly adhere to the feeding schedules, portion sizes, and potty routines your dog is used to at home to avoid any digestive upset or anxiety.
“This is the second time we use Neide’s services for our kitten Scooby and we are 100% satisfied with her attention and care of our kitten. She sends us pictures and videos of our baby daily. I highly recommend her and will continue to use her services.”

I provide personalized, in-home care that keeps pets comfortable in their familiar environment and follows their normal routine as closely as possible. During each visit, I make sure they have fresh food and water, potty breaks or litter box cleaning, exercise, playtime, and plenty of affection and attention. I also send regular updates and photos so owners know their pets are happy and well cared for while they’re away. Every pet is treated with patience, kindness, and the same level of care I would give my own.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 10 years for family and friends, and I’m excited to welcome new furry guests into my home. I provide a calm, loving environment where every dog is treated like family. My sweet Yorkshire Terrier, Nina, enjoys meeting new friends and helps make visiting dogs feel right at home. To ensure every pup has enough space and individual attention, I only accept dogs up to 15 pounds. I work from home full-time, so I’m able to provide consistent care and supervision throughout the day. I can easily follow your dog’s regular schedule for meals, potty breaks, walks, playtime, medication (if needed), and plenty of affection. My flexible routine allows me to give each guest the attention they deserve instead of leaving them home alone for long periods. Your dog’s safety and happiness are my highest priorities. I live in a quiet, walkable neighborhood that’s perfect for daily strolls, and my home is clean, secure, and designed to help small dogs feel comfortable. Because my space is best suited for smaller pups, I only host dogs up to 15 pounds, ensuring everyone has room to relax and play safely. I’ll treat your pet as if they were my own and keep you updated with photos and messages throughout their stay so you can enjoy complete peace of mind.
“Klainer was amazing with my tiny dog Moqui! She was so responsive, sent me so many updates and photos and was so kind. I have a very anxious dog and Klainer made sure to make her feel at home. Thank you so much!”

“It’s always uncomfortable leaving a pet in a new place but with Angie that feeling vanished quickly. She’s responsive and punctual and great with animals. I could tell my pup was happy and relaxed in the pics she sent while I was away. Zeus had such a good stay he didn’t want to leave when I came to pick him up!”

“Toni was great! My cat, who tends to be shy with new people, loved her. She was punctual, communicated well, and sent lots of pictures and updates while she was watching her.”

“Karollyne was communicative and attentive. She shared multiple photos each time she dropped in on our two cats. It was a long trip and I was nervous about being away, but Karollyne made me feel at ease.”

“Irene was super communicative and took loads of cute pictures and videos. Both our cats seemed very comfortable with her and we look forward to using her services again 😊”

“Deliris was very communicative and accommodating with taking care of our cats; I never once worried about them in her care! She sends great pictures and very detailed updates. I recommend choosing her to sit your babies!”

“We’ve booked with Irisdelie multiple times to care for our cats, Chai & Latte, and she is absolutely wonderful. She’s extremely attentive, very responsive with updates (our favorite to read while away), and it’s clear she truly cares about animals and takes pride in her work. Our cats adore her and we always feel completely at ease when they’re with her. Can’t recommend her enough!”

“Joni was a wonderful sitter for Tigger! She communicated well throughout the stay and took great care of him — including giving him his medication and gently comforting him when he was scared. The only minor hiccup was with the Rover card check-in timing (either forgetting or tapping a bit too early), but that’s a small thing. Overall, I’d highly recommend her and would definitely book again!”

“Kayla is the most amazing sitter! She takes care of my babies with utmost attention to detail, and timeliness. She takes really fun pics for the rover card, I love reading her messages and pictures on those cards and looking forward to viewing them every time. She even got into a car accident but still came to a morning session not much delayed! She only mentioned to us about the accident after we came back. Such kindhearted and passionate animal lover and carer! I would recommend Kayla to anyone in needs, and it’s super rare for me to leave a review. Thank you Kayla for everything you did for my babies in the last two weeks!”

About: I believe what sets me apart from other sitters is that I always prioritize a pet safety their environment, but most importantly, I prioritize them feeling secure, knowing that they’re in the right hands. I currently have a flexible work schedule that can fit into taking good care of any fur babies I meet. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays so that will never be an issue either. Once I’m off a meeting I can go right back into giving the pet as much attention possible. Definitely a good distraction from work! To me, I consider pets very similar to humans. So I always assure that they’re in good hands regarding safety. Always better to have fun but to prioritize safety first!
“In a word: Awesome! Neide did such a wonderful job looking after our kitties!! They didn’t seem stressed at all when we returned from vacation. Excellent communication and care were provided. Thx Neide!!”

“Nicolle is amazing! She did a great job taking care of our cats while we were away. She followed all the instructions, was very kind and communicative and the cats felt comfortable with her. She also took care of our apartment. Highly recommended!”

“Lillian is awesome! Extremely attentive. Always left great notes. She was prompt and showed up twice daily at consistent time frames to take care of my little man! He is shy, and she even got him to snuggle on her lap after a few days of bonding! I know my little buddy Charleston is in great hands now whenever I leave town because I have Lillian to help care for him! Thanks again!”

“Jade did a great job with drop-in visits for George. She was dependable and communicative throughout, and we really appreciated her letting us know in advance when she was running late on one of the visits. George was well cared for, and everything was handled smoothly overall. We felt comfortable having her in our home.”

About: Hi, I’m Aria✨ I’m a JC local who enjoys long walks at the park (with your dog). My love for animals started when I volunteered to dog-walk and help find dogs a home at an SPCA in Charleston, SC for 3 yrs. Since then, I’ve been taking care of my family, friends, and neighbors dogs :) I’ll only confirm a dog-walk and dog sitting shift if I’m working from home and can guarantee I can be present with your fur baby •Affection (dogs love company that make them feel comfortable and loved). I’m always sure to make them feel seen and cared for. It can be tough on them being away from their caregiver. So affection goes a long way. •Making sure they’re fed & hydrated (always attending them according to their usual/specific routine).

“This was the last daycare I had with Jennifer before my sweet elderly Xander passed. Xander had come to like Jennifer and over time, started to show excitement when he saw her. So this final rating was given by the dog. Xander had many medical needs and Jennifer accepted all of them. Xander passed yesterday and I contacted her to inform her and thank her. I didn't mention this but I was feeling regret about not checking the box asking for pictures all day long. SHE STARTED SENDING ME PICTURES. I"M CRYING BIG TEARS THANK YOU.”

“Piper had a great first daycare visit and we will definitely be going back! She was given ample alone time to feel comfortable in her new surroundings and she looks very happy in the pictures”

About: As a devoted dog enthusiast, I have accumulated over two decades of expertise in pet care and have been a dog owner for 25 years. My two English cocker spaniels hold a special place in my heart, making them my absolute world, alongside my spaniel before my current two that I had for 17 years, who passed away in 2019. Spaniels hold a special place in my heart. As a remote worker with a highly flexible schedule, I am able to be present with the puppies and dogs regardless of whether it is a weekend or a weekday. Residing in a two-story townhouse, I do not have a backyard, but I do have three balconies. Additionally, there is a park located nearby. I also have two English cocker spaniels, who are siblings, named Parker and Riley. They are friendly and calm after the initial few minutes. Parker and Riley are both six years old, and my husband and I ensure their well-being by keeping them well-groomed. We consistently monitor their eyes, perform regular teeth brushing, and ensure that their paws and nails are in optimal condition.
About: Since a child, home has always been made complete with pets, and that is where a genuine love for animals began within me. I’ve been around different breads and ages, from shitzu to pit bull and puppies to seniors, which gave me a broader understanding in the proper care (feeding structure, walking/exercise, pet proofing environments, etc.) and comfort required for each individual pet. The years of experience that I’ve had with these incredible fur babies has led me to ultimately pursuing my passion in helping others care for theirs! I am currently working from home, leaving me with an overall open and flexible schedule. Pet daycare is available Monday-Friday until 6pm (weekends can be further discussed). Also, due to involvement with my home church, Sundays I typically have to leave for a couple hours in the morning, for anyone interested in pet boarding availability. My home is a pet-proofed, cozy house with a spacious, fenced-in backyard, located near a park only a few minutes away walking distance. There aren’t any children nor any pets at home, creating plenty of space for your pet to safely and freely enjoy! While caring for your pets, I always prioritize following their set schedules as well, in regard to their feeding, exercise, potty, rest, and medication (if necessary). I want every owner to feel peace while they are away, so I make sure to provide consistent communication and photos/videos updates throughout the stay!
“Michelle is great to work with. My pup returned content and tired, which indicates he had a good day. The updates and photos provided throughout the day were appreciated. Highly recommended!”

About: I have cared for other people's dogs--roommates, friends, neighbors--since childhood, many decades! I've lived with cats, dogs and birds. I said goodbye to my rescue Westie of almost 17 years during 2025, and I’m not ready for another long-term pet commitment yet. I puppy trained her (with trainer) from 4 months and provided senior care for the last few years. I am very patient when meeting new animal souls, allowing them to come to me when they’re ready. I have been taking shelter dogs on Afternoon Adventures and have been successful with helping to train dogs in my care. I am working part time and have a flexible schedule, and now that I'm pet-less, I am available, even on short notice. I have been going on walks/hikes in our beautiful parks (over 2 miles) and would prefer some four-legged company. I am very good at following your instructions, respectful of routines and choices you make, and sensitive to furry companions' needs. I'll send you lots of pics! I will board low-maintenance/energy pets in my home, not puppies or kittens.
“Archie loved his stay with Arley; he had fun at the dog park and was very tired by the end of the day. Arley was very responsive and provided pictures and updates throughout the day. Definitely recommend !”

“Te is amazing!! Our dog runs inside as soon as we drop him off and we have to carry him into the car in order for him to leave. Te is very communicative throughout the day and sends multiple updates. I know our dog is in great hands and would highly recommend. I swear it’s our dog’s favorite place on earth.”

I can easily follow your dog’s regular schedule for meals, potty breaks, walks, playtime, medication (if needed), and plenty of affection. Because my space is best suited for smaller pups, I only host dogs up to 15 pounds, ensuring everyone has room to relax and play safely. About: Hi! I’m Tina, a lifelong dog lover who truly believes pets are family. Growing up, I had a Pekingese who was part of our family for 16 wonderful years, she was my best friend, and I was involved in her care every single day, from walks and feeding to just spending time together. In high school I also helped walk and care for dogs in my neighborhood, which gave me experience with all kinds of personalities, sizes, and energy levels. I’m not a professionally trained handler, but I think honesty goes a long way when someone is trusting you with their dog. What I can genuinely offer is patience, attentiveness, and a lot of love. I’m actually looking into additional pet care training because this is something I really enjoy and want to keep growing in. I work fully remotely, which means I can provide lots of supervision, companionship, potty breaks, walks, and attention throughout the day. Your dog won’t be left alone for long periods and will have plenty of opportunities for interaction and care. I currently live in a pet-friendly apartment community with a dog park located downstairs, and I also have reliable transportation to take dogs to nearby parks and walking areas if appropriate. A little about me: I studied Public Health during both my undergraduate and graduate education, earned my Master’s degree in Global Health from Harvard , and currently work in the health industry. That sound unrelated, but honestly it’s shaped how I approach responsibility: carefully, consistently, and always with the other person’s (or pup’s!) needs in mind. I know how much it means to find someone you can really trust with your dog. I’d love to meet you and your pup and go from there! I am available Monday through Friday from 9am to 9pm, and on weekends from 10am to 12pm and 3pm to 5pm. I'm happy to accommodate special needs outside of these hours to ensure your pet receives the best care possible! In my home, I can comfortably accommodate small dogs/medium size dogs ensuring they have a safe, clean, and loving environment. I provide plenty of playtime, regular walks, and constant supervision to make sure your pet feels secure and happy.
“Jamin was great and accommodating at the last minute. He was definitely attentive to Yanni's needs and was helpful in getting him acclimated to a new environment. Hands down would book again”

About: Since I was young I grew up in a house surrounded by animals so I always learned to love and respect them. I always take care of friends and family's pets when they travel, and i love it! I’m a full time pet sitter who also works as a content creator lol you might be asked if I can create content with your pet. 🐾 I also have my husband’s help time to time 🥰 he is a pet lover just like me and he is more than happy to help! I believe that home is the best and safest place for your pet, so I make myself available to go to your home and take care of your pet. Keeping a healthy and loving environment for the pet to go through this moment in the most friendly and loving way. As for my house is on the second floor but your pet will have a good time walking in the park across the street.
“Andrew is top rated for a reason! Totally worth the cost. He’s got a great space perfect for a dog to free roam and family all committed to the care of your little one. Professional, accommodating, attentive, and great with updates / communication. New to the area and was nervous leaving my little one with a new care giver for an extended period for work travel. Andrew gave me tons of peace of mind. Definitely recommend!”

“I had a great experience with John. I booked on short notice and he was very flexible with scheduling, which I really appreciated. He took excellent care of Carl while I was away and gave me real peace of mind the entire time. Communication was solid, and I received updates throughout Carl’s stay — it was clear he was being very well looked after. When I picked him up, he was calm, healthy, and completely himself, which tells you everything you need to know about the level of care he provides. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with John again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy sitter.”

“I had an amazing experience with Akshay. He took excellent care of my dog, Bagheera, and treated him like family from day one. Akshay made sure Bagheera got his daily walks, meals right on time, and plenty of playtime. I really appreciated how he asked questions in the beginning whenever needed—showing how responsible and attentive he is. He also sent daily updates, photos, and little notes about Bagheera’s mood and activities, which kept me completely relaxed while I was away. Another lovely part was Akshay’s dog, Sirius. Bagheera and Sirius became instant buddies! They played, relaxed, explored together, and honestly, it feels like Bagheera came back home with a new brother. Overall, Akshay is reliable, caring, and genuinely passionate about animals. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a thoughtful and trustworthy Person. Your pet will be in wonderful hands!”

“I’m anxious without my dog and Michael made sure both my dog and I felt reassured my dog was living his best life. Michael updated me with photos everyday and I really appreciated that. Also, he was super cooperative with schedules and dog routines. Lastly, I was very impressed by the feedback/report on overall performance of my dog over the two week stay that he gave when I went to pick up my puppy. I knew a 9 month old portipoo could be a ball of problem but Michael handled it like a pro.👍👍👍 I would definitely come back”
