She treated Zeus like he was part of her own family, and that level of care made all the difference. Zeus is a sensitive dog. He’s usually very shy, doesn’t warm up to strangers easily, and struggles with separation anxiety. He’s also not the most social when it comes to other animals. But somehow, Angie managed to connect with him. Within just a few days, I could see a shift. He looked relaxed, at ease, and even comfortable hanging around her cats, which is a first. Angie kept me updated every day with photos and videos. I never had to ask—she was always on top of it. I could tell he was happy, healthy, and in good hands. It honestly felt like Zeus was on his own vacation while we were away for 10 days. This was hands down the best experience we’ve had with a dog sitter. About: Since a child, home has always been made complete with pets, and that is where a genuine love for animals began within me. I’ve been around different breads and ages, from shitzu to pit bull and puppies to seniors, which gave me a broader understanding in the proper care (feeding structure, walking/exercise, pet proofing environments, etc.) and comfort required for each individual pet. The years of experience that I’ve had with these incredible fur babies has led me to ultimately pursuing my passion in helping others care for theirs! I am currently working from home, leaving me with an overall open and flexible schedule. Pet daycare is available Monday-Friday until 6pm (weekends can be further discussed). Also, due to involvement with my home church, Sundays I typically have to leave for a couple hours in the morning, for anyone interested in pet boarding availability. My home is a pet-proofed, cozy house with a spacious, fenced-in backyard, located near a park only a few minutes away walking distance. About: I’ve had two dogs! My first dog was a Maltese named Rocky. He passed away in 2017 from lymphoma. 💔 Right now, I have a 9-year-old terrier mix named Lila! About: I am an animal-loving, high school science teacher, located in Harrison, NJ (previously in Secaucus, Jersey City and Union City). I welcomed my own puppy home in May 2021 and have plenty of experience taking care of my sisters’ three dogs. I live in a spacious townhouse at a pet-friendly complex that has its own dog park. I’m very good with strict schedules & routines and love taking pictures & videos of my furry friends, so their humans won’t have to worry! I am at work from 7:30am to 4pm every Monday to Friday. I can do check-ins outside of these times. I can board and do doggy daycare only on weekends (starting Friday evening) and my days off, as I do not feel comfortable leaving any animal alone while I’m at work. I am a school teacher, so during the summer, I’ll be home for a majority of the day throughout the week! If I have to leave a pet alone, I will use a pet gate, playpen, or crate as needed so no pet gets into any dangerous situation. For check-ins, I will keep your space as clean as possible, so your pet doesn’t get in any icky situations! I will respect your home and always communicate what I’m doing.
About: Since a child, home has always been made complete with pets, and that is where a genuine love for animals began within me. I’ve been around different breads and ages, from shitzu to pit bull and puppies to seniors, which gave me a broader understanding in the proper care (feeding structure, walking/exercise, pet proofing environments, etc.) and comfort required for each individual pet. There aren’t any children nor any pets at home, creating plenty of space for your pet to safely and freely enjoy! While caring for your pets, I always prioritize following their set schedules as well, in regard to their feeding, exercise, potty, rest, and medication (if necessary). We first scheduled a meet-and-greet, followed by a full day with Manuel so he and Tu could get to know each other. She had a fantastic time (!!), and we knew right away she was in the best hands.
