About: I’ve grown up around dogs and cats throughout my entire life whether it was for working families, friends and neighbors in NJ! For a few years, I used to volunteer at the local animal shelter where I’d help bathe kittens, take their dogs outside and play with our furry friends seeking homes. Being around younger or older pets for years has allowed me to pick up signs and stay calm if accidents happen, whether your pet missed the litter box or regurgitated their meal. I’m always glad to help out where and when I can! I mostly work from home where I have a bit more control over my schedule. Early mornings or late evenings are always flexible! If I receive enough notice, I’m glad to accommodate your pets needs throughout the day on any weekday or weekends as well! I have prior experience being with a wide range of larger outdoor pets and smaller indoor pets who are cage trained or not. I’m glad to keep them company, spend time with their favorite toys and make sure they’re cleaned up after! From previous experience, I have a keen eye on a pets body language and can get a sense if some may need more space than others. However, I’ll always be accommodating if some pets need to let their energy out more than others! Similar to my own cat, on a daily basis, I make sure to set aside 30 minutes of play time with them in the day time and the evening to lessen the “zoomies”!

About: I love animals, most of the time I'd rather interact and show compassion towards pets over people. Growing up we had SIX indoor cats while also caring for a feral cat colony in our backyard. Nicole was our first experience with Rover. We were going on a fairly long vacation and couldn’t take our cat with us, so needless to say, we were a little nervous about leaving her behind. We booked Nicole for nine visits, and she was fantastic. She always showed up when she said she would, did everything we had asked, and sent us detailed updates after every visit. She played with our cat, groomed her when needed, replenished her water bowls, and cleaned the litter box. Nicole is an extremely reliable and dependable pet sitter—no weirdness, no drama, just someone you can trust to show up and take good care of your pet. We know pet sitting is only a temporary, part-time job for Nicole as she finishes college and prepares to move away from Boston, but the maturity, trustworthiness, reliability, and sense of responsibility she showed us will serve her well wherever her career takes her next. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
