I also volunteer at St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center, where I socialize with dogs and cats, take dogs on walks, play with them, and help with their overall care. I’m an active person, so longer walks and hikes are always a pleasure, especially for energetic dogs! I’m also happy to handle the less glamorous parts of pet care. If your pet has an accident inside the house, I have no problem cleaning it up and making sure everything is left clean and comfortable. Most importantly, I’ll treat your pets with patience, care, and lots of attention while you’re away. I work a hybrid schedule, which gives me plenty of flexibility for pet care throughout the week. I’m available for morning, midday, afternoon, and evening visits, depending on the day and your pet’s needs. On weekends, I’m available throughout the day and can easily accommodate walks, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, and longer visits. Safety is always my priority. I prefer to keep dogs on a leash during walks and make sure they’re secure and comfortable at all times. Depending on your preferences and your dog’s routine, I can supervise them in the backyard, take them for walks around the neighborhood, or bring them to a dog park for some exercise and playtime. I’ll always follow your instructions and make sure your dog gets the type of activity they’re used to.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and cats throughout my entire life whether it was for working families, friends and neighbors in NJ! For a few years, I used to volunteer at the local animal shelter where I’d help bathe kittens, take their dogs outside and play with our furry friends seeking homes. Being around younger or older pets for years has allowed me to pick up signs and stay calm if accidents happen, whether your pet missed the litter box or regurgitated their meal. I’m always glad to help out where and when I can! I mostly work from home where I have a bit more control over my schedule. Early mornings or late evenings are always flexible! If I receive enough notice, I’m glad to accommodate your pets needs throughout the day on any weekday or weekends as well! I have prior experience being with a wide range of larger outdoor pets and smaller indoor pets who are cage trained or not. I’m glad to keep them company, spend time with their favorite toys and make sure they’re cleaned up after! From previous experience, I have a keen eye on a pets body language and can get a sense if some may need more space than others. However, I’ll always be accommodating if some pets need to let their energy out more than others! Similar to my own cat, on a daily basis, I make sure to set aside 30 minutes of play time with them in the day time and the evening to lessen the “zoomies”!
