About: Hi! I’m Zara, and caring for animals has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. About: I’ve taken care of bigger dogs like mastiffs, greyhounds, and many more. With also maintain strong connections with not only the dogs but the caretakers of these pets. In stressful situations I remain calm and can handle shy or reactive dogs. I’m willing to take dogs on hikes the park or exciting adventures. About: I’ve grown up around dogs and cats throughout my entire life whether it was for working families, friends and neighbors in NJ! For a few years, I used to volunteer at the local animal shelter where I’d help bathe kittens, take their dogs outside and play with our furry friends seeking homes. Being around younger or older pets for years has allowed me to pick up signs and stay calm if accidents happen, whether your pet missed the litter box or regurgitated their meal. I’m always glad to help out where and when I can! I mostly work from home where I have a bit more control over my schedule. Early mornings or late evenings are always flexible! If I receive enough notice, I’m glad to accommodate your pets needs throughout the day on any weekday or weekends as well! I have prior experience being with a wide range of larger outdoor pets and smaller indoor pets who are cage trained or not. I’m glad to keep them company, spend time with their favorite toys and make sure they’re cleaned up after! From previous experience, I have a keen eye on a pets body language and can get a sense if some may need more space than others. However, I’ll always be accommodating if some pets need to let their energy out more than others! Similar to my own cat, on a daily basis, I make sure to set aside 30 minutes of play time with them in the day time and the evening to lessen the “zoomies”!

Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
