We go on daily walks for fresh air and stimulation, and there’s endless playtime in my fully fenced-in backyard, where pups can run, explore, or just relax. The yard has both sunny spots for sunbathers and shaded areas on the patio for cooling down, so every dog can find their comfort zone. Whether it’s structured activity or cozy downtime, I make sure each pet gets the right balance of exercise, companionship, and care tailored to their needs.

About: Dogs have been apart of my life since I was 10 years old when we got our little guy Sputnik. After High School, I attended The Morris County School of Technology where I graduated from its Veterinary Medicine course that vastly expanded my knowledge on interpreting dog behavior, action steps in an emergency, and markers for potential medical complications. After that, I worked at two different esteemed dog daycare and boarding facilities for a total of 3 years. During this time I was able to put what I learned into practice with a variety of different situations and a variety of different dogs all ranging in size, age, and temperament. This experience not only taught me technical skills, but also the philosophy I now use for pet care. Each dog is unique, and what works for one might not be effective for another. It is with this in mind, that I strive to find the approach that works best for your dog. As a dog owner myself I understand that they are so much more than just pets, they are furry members of our families. This notion is important in conveying the gravity of entrusting the care of your four legged family to another. With all this in mind, I hope you will consider my services so I can get to know both you and your furry friend(s). Currently my schedule is very open, with only a few select dates throughout the summer where I will be unavailable. I am currently enrolled in two summer college courses that will end around mid-August. Both are virtually however, so there is no class meeting so they will impact my ability to pet care very minimally. I am a full-time student, so at the end of August I resume a full-course load at college and my schedule will be restricted; but, I should still be able to accommodate when necessary. My dog is small senior pup(11 years old), so managing his comfort and administration of his medication on time and schedule are the most important aspects of his care at this point in his life. I also live on a dead-end where he is able to roam fairly freely until he is tired. While this is what works for my dog, it might not be what works for yours. Through talking with you and getting to know your dog, we will be able to come up with a plan/schedule that works best for them!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 7. I’ve grown up in house with all the pets. Cats, dogs, birds, fish, hamsters. I’m currently on furlough for the summer. I’m very open. :) I am early bird and love post dinner walks. I am very flexible When on dog walks, I take the safety of your dog very seriously. I carry a pepper spray on me to ensure that if God forbid i'm walking your dogs and we got charged by an aggressive dog, I'll be able to keep your dog safe and out of harm's way. I also use body block methods to keep my clients dogs safe on walks in the event I'm charged by off leash dogs (which I have been hence the pepper spray precaution I take now) I tend to always avoid dogs on walks unless you point out to me any dogs you know that it's ok for your dog to greet and interact with. Other than that, I rather be safe then have your fur baby hurt. when I bring my lunch on me I always be sure I get something dog safe for me to eat God forbid your dog gets any ideas, they won't be harmed in that way.

About: Hi, I’m Caren! As a dog mom myself, I know the importance of having someone trustworthy, communicative, experienced, and loving to care for your pets. I have experience with dogs of all shapes and sizes (from Yorkies to Bernies and anything in between), as well as cats (single or multiple). I also have experience with seniors and even super seniors, as well as administering medications like pills, liquids, drops, and insulin shots. I look forward to helping your pets feel loved and cared for (and to sending you lots of pics of them)! I work a remote job from home so my schedule is flexible. My husband and I currently have one 5 year old dog who is the light of our lives. We also regularly help my parents with their 16 year old dog and two cats. I believe in paying attention to pets’ needs and how they communicate them. This includes understanding what might make them nervous and what strategies can be implemented to help them feel more comfortable. This also includes regular communication with owners to provide reassurance to them (and their pets)!

About: I have over 10 years of pet care experience, taking care of my family’s two dogs and cat, fostering dogs for two years at a local animal shelter, and sitting/ walking neighborhood pets. I currently am free all day, 7 days a week until I begin work as a preschool summer camp counselor in the end of June. After that, I still have a lot of availability, M-F anytime after 3pm and anytime on weekends. I have a fenced yard and crates available if needed. I live in a safe neighborhood with a park nearby which is perfect for walks, and have an animal-loving family. About: My partner and I have been dog sitting for five years. Prior to that, we both grew up with family dogs and are very familiar and comfortable with a wide variety of dogs and breeds. Attentiveness is the most important thing for us when with pets. In our home, we make sure that we can see the dog playing at all times. We put items away that are not dog-friendly, and we clear out space for playing and downtime. On walks, we are always attentive to the dog and how they behave and interact with other people, dogs and other animals in the neighborhood. A stay with us is always fun for the dog, but we like to make sure that your pet is safe and cared for. We also value communication. You putting your pet in our care while you are away, and we understand the trust that it takes to leave a member of your family with us. We give as many updates as you’d like via messenger and numerous photos or videos throughout the day. We are always reachable and willing to let you know how your dog’s stay is going. I’m currently working remotely. I tutor part-time from home, but I’m almost always home and I make pet sitting a priority. I used to be a teaching assistant, so I am very reliable and used to being responsible for others’ loved ones. I live in a very safe apartment complex. The buildings look like town homes, it is away from the main roads, and the complex Is pet friendly with lots of grass areas for your little guy or girl to do their business. It’s a wonderful welcoming community. I have my own entrance to my apartment and all the dogs in the community are wonderful.

About: I’ve cared for my dog(a Maltese poodle mix) for over 6 years now. From potty training to now adulthood. I can also give meds to your dog if special medical care is needed. Do note if injection is needed or close monitoring is needed, rate will be higher. I have a fenced yard that’s over 0.5 acres. Work from home all day. Happy to take them out every 2-3 hours for a play. My house is spacious (over 7000sqft), the doggies will have a log of room to even play inside. I’m only able to care for dogs below 40lbs and this unfortunately will be a hard constraint as I can’t pull back a bigger size dog. if I take care of your dog, you can expect a super super responsible care giver who will cuddle and spoil your furry baby all day long. Please make sure you do pickup/dropoff on time at agreed time. I’m working from home everyday. Happy to board the doggies any day during the week. For dropping in times, please private message me to arrange. I’m generally flexible. Fenced yard for over 0.5 acres. Also taking doggies to walk every day.
