About: I happened to work as Sales & Social Media Coordinater for a dog training school a few years back, and that experience changed my whole outlook on how we care for our pets! The dog trainers I created content for taught me about positive reinforcement and reward-based methods in the process. Since moving to a different field I’ve used those skills to handle, walk, and petsit every animal from bearded dragons to cats on the side in a way that’s fun for everyone involved. Animals are my happy place & I’d love to share that joy with your family! I work 9AM to 6:15PM most days, so I am the perfect candidate for your morning and evening walks as well as overnight stays! I can do afternoon Drop-Ins for Short Hills/Essex County residents as well. It’s also no problem for me to house-sit and care for your home as gently as your pets! I’m very flexible - please contact me to find a schedule that works for you! I do not offer boarding services in my own home at this time, but I will always make sure I leave my client’s home as I left it when I visit and care for their beloved one 🐾

About: Experienced pet sitter. My family and I have had dogs and cats as pets for over 25 years. We have also rescued stray cats and dogs. More recently, I lived with three dogs (all different breeds and sizes) for a year. I have some experience with training puppies and so I enjoy keeping up with any training/habits they have on walks, etc. I dont have any of my own fur babies as of now. But, I look forward to taking care of your pet as my own! I am currently working remote. I enjoy waking up early and taking them for a long walk. As my own rule, I avoid the dog park and any encounters with leashed/unleashed dogs. So, I will usually let them sniff on their walks or have leashed play time at the park. I have toys but I also enjoy doing indoor playtime. I also have no other pets in the apartment and I have a grassy area closeby. It's easy to walk around the neighborhood.

About: Cant think of time where I haven’t been around a dog. Growing up there was always dogs in the house. It comes easy to me. For my 2 dogs it starts at 345am with their first walk before I head to the gym. There 2nd walk comes at 8am before I start work then again at 2pm for a quick lunch break and their last 2 walks come at 5 and 930pm before settling down for the night. In between all the walking they’ll get breakfast and dinner and some naps. Meet and greet is important along with getting to know the pets needs and routines. Along with likes and dislikes. Knowing what the pet parents wants and expects from visits or boarding.

About: My name is Christine and I've been working in pet care- dog walking, pet/house sitting and even dog grooming for 5+ years. I worked as a dog washer at In and Out Grooming in Garwood and am an avid dog walker. I've been a dog owner, and find pet care to be the most fulfilling job I've ever had. I love all breeds, and though I am small in stature I love walking big dogs! I can provide nail clippings and also don't mind doing some general house cleaning if I were to do house sitting and home visits. I have a very flexible schedule, outside of pet care I am pursuing a career in theater. Extremely flexible schedule! I have free daytime hours, while working on a theater schedule. Great for daytime walks and drop ins. Weekends available, don't hesitate to request! I have house sitting experience to keep your pets company while you're away! I've worked with many breeds and personalities of pet in the place they are most comfortable, happy to just spend time with them and adapt to their routines. About: I have a 2 year old Goldendoodle who I’ve had since he was a puppy and I’ve always had a passion for dogs of all breeds. I work as a personal trainer, my hours are very flexible and I set my own schedule so I have a lot of free time in my days. I have a 2 bedroom apartment and live alone. I have a small backyard area and can contain dogs in any specific room in my apartment as well if needed.

About: I live with and care for two dogs every day, an Olde English Bulldog & a Frenchie, my two lovable shadows. Living with these goofballs means I know brachycephalic breads well, when they've had enough sun, and when the walk needs to slow down. I have experience with senior dogs and IVDD. Feeding, walking, running, cuddling, companionship, I am comfortable well beyond just walks, so home visits and check-ins are right up my alley. I lift weights four times a week, so big, strong, or energetic pups don't faze me. I have been dog walking off Rover for some time in the area, and am now bringing my services to the greater public. I currently have a flexible, open schedule and can accommodate walks (or runs) and visits throughout the day, including short notice requests. Mornings, afternoons, and evenings all work for me, and I am happy to build a consistent routine around your pup's needs. When caring for pets in a clients home, I am respectful of both their space and their pet's routine. I take the time to help pets feel comfortable with me, give them plenty of attention and exercise based on their individual needs, and provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident that their pets are safe and happy while they are away.
