About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life. I had a golden retriever who sadly passed away 10 years ago and then helped raise and train a collie mix with my parents. After moving out I adopted a dog of my own who needed a lot of behavioral training and patience. I understand what it’s like to have a more difficult pet and am here to help. would love to help care for your dogs like my own. I am unable board your pets in my own home but can pet/house sit at your house or take them on walks regularly I work full time in healthcare Monday-Friday from 8-4 but am available for evening walks. I get major holidays off and am available most weekends to care for your pup as well. I cannot board your dog in my home due to behavioral issues with my own pup however I am able to stay over and care for your pup in the comfortable of their own home. I follow all instructions and guidelines provided to care for your pets appropriately and never allow dogs off leash or to interact with other dogs for safety unless otherwise specified

About: Hi! I’m Zara, and caring for animals has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. Over the past 6 years, I’ve gained experience through dog walking, house sitting, and fostering a wide range of animals, from energetic puppies to senior pets who need a little extra patience and care. A lot of my experience is personal, which I think makes it even more meaningful. I grew up with a family dog and learned early on what it means to be responsible for and truly bond with an animal. I also rescued and raised a stray kitten from just 4 weeks old, which was one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had. Since then, I’ve continued fostering kittens, puppies, cats, and dogs, all with different personalities, needs, and routines. I genuinely love getting to know each pet and what makes them comfortable, whether that’s long walks, playtime, or just having someone calm and reliable around. I treat every animal like they’re my own and make sure they feel safe, cared for, and loved while you’re away. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to prioritize pet care throughout the week. I’m generally available most days, with limited availability on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 9–1. Otherwise, I’m open and can accommodate a variety of schedules. I always tailor my care based on each pet’s routine and the owner’s preferences. I know every pet is different, whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, medications, or just how their pet likes to relax. I focus on creating a comfortable, safe, and stress-free environment while giving them plenty of attention, playtime, and care.

About: I happened to work as Sales & Social Media Coordinater for a dog training school a few years back, and that experience changed my whole outlook on how we care for our pets! The dog trainers I created content for taught me about positive reinforcement and reward-based methods in the process. Since moving to a different field I’ve used those skills to handle, walk, and petsit every animal from bearded dragons to cats on the side in a way that’s fun for everyone involved. Animals are my happy place & I’d love to share that joy with your family! I work 9AM to 6:15PM most days, so I am the perfect candidate for your morning and evening walks as well as overnight stays! I can do afternoon Drop-Ins for Short Hills/Essex County residents as well. It’s also no problem for me to house-sit and care for your home as gently as your pets! I’m very flexible - please contact me to find a schedule that works for you! I do not offer boarding services in my own home at this time, but I will always make sure I leave my client’s home as I left it when I visit and care for their beloved one 🐾

About: I’ve always had a soft spot for animals. Growing up with a dog, and later having both my sisters adopt cats. Pets were my first best friends. They taught me love, responsibility, and how much joy animals bring into a home. Now that I’m taking a break from school, I’m leaning into something that’s always come naturally to me: caring for animals. I also have my EMT certification, which helps me stay calm, attentive, and safety‑minded while looking after pups. Making sure they feel safe, happy, and understood is genuinely one of my favorite things in the world. I’m free during the week and occasionally on weekends. Feel free to message me anytime. About: I am a dog mom and also grew up with dogs. I am a SAHM mom of elementary school kids who has extra time to give attention to dogs who need it! I work from home, so my hours and days are flexible. I also have a dog who is super friendly and great with new dogs, so overnight visits or visits in our home (and back yard) would be an additional bonus for our dog. Our dog is crated at night and we have space to crate another dog or two as well. I am confident in walking dogs and taking them to the dog park so those bigger runs and excess energy.

I make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and consistency so their day feels completely normal even while you're away Since I sit exclusively at your place, my main goal is to keep your pet's routine exactly as it is when you are there. Before our first booking, I love to do a detailed meet-and-greet to learn their favorite spots, bathroom schedule, and any quirks they might have. While staying over, I keep the house secure, double-check locks and gates on walks, and send you regular updates and photos. I treat your home with total respect and your pet with the same love and safety I'd want for my own.

I also have experience working with horses, which has strengthened my confidence & awareness when handling animals. I'm currently working toward a career in dog training and have cared for pets of all sizes, temperaments, and needs through both professional experience and years of pet sitting. I currently work part-time on Tuesdays & Thursdays (9 AM-3:30 PM), with occasional Fridays until 2:30 PM.
