About: I am a lifelong resident of the area and have been a pet care provider for 4 years, both at home, for neighbors, and as an animal shelter volunteer. I'm familiar working with both puppies and senior dogs. I am most comfortable with small to mid-size dogs and can help with reinforcing training. I'm excited to be a friendly and caring presence in your dog's life and provide them with food, exercise, and company when you are out of the house! I'm looking for part-time work and my schedule is flexible, so I'm available on short notice. I'm available during working hours and nighttime any day of the week. I try to keep to a dog's usual routine when it comes to meals and being let outside. I also try to keep them stimulated as much as they are willing or able to be.

About: I am a previous owner of a beautiful Golden Retriever and a Cocker Spaniel. I am also currently a FUNcle to my sister's 100 pound German Shepherd who adores me and I him. I recently moved out of NYC and back to NJ and a lot of my friends parents have asked me to come by to let their pups out and take them on walks every so often when they're away. I would love to take care of your pet as well. I work from home so anything works for me. Your dog will have plenty of outdoor time while I am home so that they aren’t stuck inside all day I live close to a local baseball field that I have access to if I wanted to take them out for more space to play in.

About: Love all types of fur babies! And ready to take care of yours like they’re my own. My boyfriend and I have our own shelter with 10 dogs and 6 cats at our farm in Colombia. Ready to stay active and go on a run or give them all the pets they need and let them nap! Up to the pup or kitty! I’m currently working part time so I’m available during the morning time and for overnight stays. And I love to take walks so if I can stay active and take your fur baby out, that’s perfect! I will take care of your pet as you wish! First, we would establish important health need-to-knows, routines, ground rules, do’s and don’t’s, then I’d be able make sure everyone is comfortable and clear about your pet’s needs.

About: My partner and I have been dog sitting for five years. Prior to that, we both grew up with family dogs and are very familiar and comfortable with a wide variety of dogs and breeds. We are incredibly enthusiastic, loving, and kind towards all animals. A stay with us if fun for your pet and for us! We love going on walks, and we live in a very dog-friendly apartment complex/neighborhood. We hope you’ll have your furry friend come stay with us! I am dog-sitting full time and my wife, Kayla, works remotely from home most days. Together we give your dogs the utmost care and attention. Attentiveness is the most important thing for us when with pets. In our home, we make sure that we can see the dog playing at all times. We put items away that are not dog-friendly, and we clear out space for playing and downtime. On walks, we are always attentive to the dog and how they behave and interact with other people, dogs and other animals in the neighborhood. A stay with us is always fun for the dog, but we like to make sure that your pet is safe and cared for. We also value communication. You putting your pet in our care while you are away, and we understand the trust that it takes to leave a member of your family with us. We give as many updates as you’d like via messenger and numerous photos or videos throughout the day. We are always reachable and willing to let you know how your dog’s stay is going. I’m currently working remotely. I tutor part-time from home, but I’m almost always home and I make pet sitting a priority. I used to be a teaching assistant, so I am very reliable and used to being responsible for others’ loved ones. I live in a very safe apartment complex. The buildings look like town homes, it is away from the main roads, and the complex Is pet friendly with lots of grass areas for your little guy or girl to do their business. It’s a wonderful welcoming community. I have my own entrance to my apartment and all the dogs in the community are wonderful.

About: I am certified by the American Red Cross in cat and dog first aid, and I have experience administering oral, optical, and topical medications to pets. I’m a lifelong cat lover and proud owner of three cats, so I understand that every cat has their own unique personality and comfort level. I’m attentive to the little things and always prioritize your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness. I work remotely as a software engineer, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to easily fit cat sitting into my day. I can provide morning, midday, and evening visits, administer meals or medications, clean litter boxes, and spend quality time playing with or comforting your cats. My remote work also makes it easy to accommodate last-minute check-ins or longer visits. Caring for my own three cats has given me hands-on experience with a wide range of personalities and needs. Every day I make sure they have fresh food and water, keep their litter boxes clean, monitor their health and behavior, and spend time playing and giving them attention. I’m comfortable recognizing when something seems off, whether it’s changes in appetite, energy, or litter box habits. Since each of my cats has a different personality, I’ve learned to adapt my care to what makes each one feel safe, comfortable, and happy.

About: I have taken care of my neighbors dogs and cats for many years since they are travelers. I dog sat my sisters cocker spaniel for a few months as well. I myself own a black lab and have experience with dogs and all their needs. I love pets so so much and know how important they are to their owners. Here to help with whatever you need! Free anytime up until September 28th. Can work a schedule any day of the week and any hour of the day. Will be leaving abroad at end of September. My doggy Tilly is a well trained and friendly black lab. However I understand everyone cares for their pets differently. I am willing and wanting to adjust and learn any special ways or routines you and your pet have! But of course my Tilly like many dogs loves cuddles and a fair amount of treats! I love to walk in general and it’s even better with a friend. I will take dogs on small, medium, long walks. If they need to do business or just be outside I’m here!

About: I’ve grown up around dogs ever since I was little, some including mini poodles, rottweilers, germans shepards, boxers, and malti-poos. I trained my own dog when he was a couple months old when I was 16 and have been responsible for him ever since. I give him baths, we go on walks 1-3 times a day, and i feed and play with him. At the moment I just moved home from college and looking for something to keep me busy. I typically go to the gym everyday and whether it be before or after i’m usually free. With my own dog if i let him out in the backyard for a quick bathroom break i always go with him and when we go for walks he’s always on the leash until we get back to the house. Same would go for other dogs I will be walking. I will ensure they are on the leash at all times and that i’m paying attention and not distracted by my phone or other devices. When on longer walks I carry water with me for them and always clean up after they go to the bathroom.

About: Hi I’m Tara! I grew up my entire life with anywhere from 1-3 dogs and have a hard time not saying hello to every dog I pass on the sidewalk. While I do not have my own dog in NYC, I really miss spending time with animals and would love to get to know your pet! I live in an elevator and doorman building in a large 1 BR apartment with room for your pet to move around comfortably. I have quick access to the East River for nice walks or can travel up to Central Park or Bryant Park. I am true animal-lover and would be thrilled to help you out by providing a welcoming, fun, and comfortable place for your pet to stay. I am extremely responsible, responsive, friendly, caring, but most importantly will treat your pet like my own – giving them all my love, care, and attention. I'm currently working from home, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm available for boarding on weekends and weekdays, and can take your dog for multiple walks during the day! I have a spacious one bedroom apartment for your dog to play around in, I also live on a quiet residential street and can play all day long! Although I don’ t have a crate, I am happy to crate your dog if you’d like to bring one!

About: I’ve grown up in a house filled with dogs and cats my whole life. In the last year, I have turned taking care of animals into a part time gig and am looking to do more of it! I currently work some nights in the evening but usually fill my days with walks and drop ins and am looking to increase the amount of families I help.
