“Elizabeth and her husband were excellant cat sitters! Lulu is a shy and anxious cat with some bathroom quirks but they were able to handle it with no issues and Lulu even came out to play once or twice! I am really grateful for their professional care of my cat. ☺️ thank you again!”

“Erin had great communication throughout the whole process. Our meet & greet was seamless and the whole visit went great with our dog! Highly recommend. We will be booking Erin for future needs!”

I also have experience working with horses, which has strengthened my confidence & awareness when handling animals. I'm currently working toward a career in dog training and have cared for pets of all sizes, temperaments, and needs through both professional experience and years of pet sitting. I currently work part-time on Tuesdays & Thursdays (9 AM-3:30 PM), with occasional Fridays until 2:30 PM. I'm available for... - Drop-ins: Mon, Wed, Fri (when not scheduled), & weekends - Dog Walking: Weekdays, after 3:30 PM on Tues & Thur, & weekends. - House sitting (overnight): Weekends I am flexible and happy to accommodate schedules when possible! I follow all care instructions closely and pay attention to each pet's individual needs, behavior, and routine. I also have experience bathing dogs and can provide baths if needed, as long as the pet is not stressed, and it can be done safely. I prefer to do a quick meet-and-greet beforehand to ask/answer any questions and to ensure your pet feels comfortable with me prior.
“Mike is truly a fantastic and caring pet sitter. He took very good care of my big German Shepherd, recovering from surgery. I’ll definitely seek his help again and recommended him to others”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all breeds since a was a young girl. I have had my own pet sitting business for 15 years now. I have pet sat for family, friends and all have relied on me to take care of their fur babies. I have experience with senior dogs, puppies and dogs that have separation anxiety. Administering medication is no problem Pet sitting is my only job so that I can give full attention to your fur baby throughout the day. This includes a lot of one on one attention and companionship. I have a fully fenced in yard for potty breaks and playtime and a finished lower level that is used for boarding as well as playtime during inclement weather.
“We couldn’t be happier with the care our cat sitter provided for our four cats while we were away. She followed every instruction carefully, kept us updated, and gave us complete peace of mind. It was clear from the start that she genuinely loves animals, and our cats absolutely adored her 😸 Coming home to four happy, relaxed, and well-cared-for cats was the best feeling. She went above and beyond to make sure their routines stayed consistent and that each of them received plenty of attention and care. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate pet sitter. Thank you for taking such amazing care of our furry family!”

“I needed a sitter on short notice after a cancellation on a holiday weekend with a flight coming up in 4 hours. Kelly accommodated me under a set of complicated circumstances and was wonderful. The picture updates and her timely visits gave me a great deal of relief and I was able to enjoy my vacation. My skittish pets warmed to her and she was very responsive. GREAT SITTER.”
“Mark did an excellent job of taking care of Luna and my home and left very detailed updates regarding his drop in visits which gave me peace of mind while I was away!!”

About: Animal lover and experience with raising an anxious & reactive puppy. No matter the weather, this pup required all types of energy release. With patience and without judgement, I am here to help you and your pooch maintain zen throughout your chaotic life schedule. I rescued a 6 month old female American Bully / Pitbull Terrier puppy from Saint Huberts in Madison. She was flagged for her behavior because she struggled with anxiety, leash reactivity and characteristics associated with resource guarding. All dogs (all animals) deserve a loving home regardless of their looks, age, breed, sex, and emotional baggage. Nola, she was not like a typical puppy. Training her was, and still is a difficult journey, but with great trust and reward. I understand that every single animal has a unique learning style that works for them. At the end of the day, they all share the same foundation of care requirements. Love, Patience, Trust, Discipline and Respect. I live in Morris County, with reliable transportation and knowledge of local walking trails. At all times I am equipped with treats, water and poop bags. Dog walking and pet sitting is my part time gig. I am available on most Weekends and I am available weekdays in the early morning and afternoon/ evening. Please reach out to clarify your schedule needs! I currently do not care for pets in my home. I do not bring pets to play with my dog at the home. However, I can care for your pet in your home by playing indoors and feeding meals.
“Kelsey was with Winston for a longer period of time. Eventhough he was very anxious, she was able to calm him down. She adjusted to his needs by playing with him, taking him out and playing calming music. She also sent 3 beautiful pictures. Her being with Winston gave us peace of mind and we trust her a 100%!”

About: I am a proud owner of a beautiful pup at home that makes me smile everyday. Having her has taught me how to interact, love and care for dogs. This is an experience I can share with other dogs. I grew up I surrounded by many dogs at home and at my family's farm in my home country, so since a young age I have been interacted with them and has allowed me to understand how important they become to our lives. I speak Spanish as well Im currently working full time as a dog walker. Any other services like boarding plese text me to see if I can help you out! During our walk I can assure you that my time and attention would be directed to your pup, so it can enjoy our time together as much as I will.
About: I have taken care of animals since I was a little girl, having cats since a toddler. When my sister got her first dog, I watched after her a lot since I was studying from home and she was a puppy who we knew needed more often potty breaks and care. When she got her next 2 puppies, I also watched after them while they were little ones. I have cared for dogs who take medication and dogs who need a little more TLC. Ultimately, I have experience with dogs and cats and love both so much. My best friend is a vet and her husband an emergency vet (sadly they're in Georgia), but its comforting knowing I have them in my pocket for any emergencies. I currently work M-F but am off on the weekends. I have finished my board exams and awaiting the beginning of residency, so I am looking for something to do on the weekends I enjoy, and what better way to do that than caring for adorable animals! I care for animals in their own home. I’m very respectful of other’s belongings and find that animals tend to do better when they are in their normal surroundings.
About: I’ve owned my own dog for two years, grew up with dogs and cats, and have experience dog-sitting many pets with different personalities and needs. Pet care is something I can easily prioritize in my daily routine. I currently have a flexible schedule and am available as needed, allowing me to provide consistent, reliable care and accommodate a wide range of scheduling needs. I follow each pet’s routine closely to keep them comfortable in their own home. This includes feeding, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and lots of attention. I make sure pets feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for while keeping owners updated.
About: I’ve grown up around dogs ever since I was little, some including mini poodles, rottweilers, germans shepards, boxers, and malti-poos. I trained my own dog when he was a couple months old when I was 16 and have been responsible for him ever since. I give him baths, we go on walks 1-3 times a day, and i feed and play with him. At the moment I just moved home from college and looking for something to keep me busy. I typically go to the gym everyday and whether it be before or after i’m usually free. With my own dog if i let him out in the backyard for a quick bathroom break i always go with him and when we go for walks he’s always on the leash until we get back to the house. Same would go for other dogs I will be walking. I will ensure they are on the leash at all times and that i’m paying attention and not distracted by my phone or other devices. When on longer walks I carry water with me for them and always clean up after they go to the bathroom.

Morris Plains dog parents share their Rover experiences
Katy is excellent with our 2 year old Aussie. She is on time and flexible. She helped me out with our dog when my husband was in the hospital and I will be forever grateful for her care and concern during that difficult time. It brought me peace knowing that our dog was being well cared for when we could not be there to do it. Thanks Katy!

Vanessa was fantastic and professional when she came to our house to walk our dog Roxy. She was prompt, able to calmly interact with our special needs dog and provided multiple pictures and updates during her one hour stay! We will be using her as a regular sitter from now on!

Kaylee has watched over our pup Louie a couple of times now and we couldn’t be happier. She is clearly a pet lover and treats our baby as if he was her own. She sends updates and pictures, ensures that any concerns are addressed, and keeps our house as neat as she found it. We would highly recommend Kaylee for anyone in need of a caring and responsible pet sitter!

I highly recommend Emily! She was able to check in on Ellie and JimBob on very short notice, which I appreciated so much. Ellie is elderly and can be difficult to care for, but Emily handled everything with patience, compassion, and genuine love for animals. She kept me informed, made sure the dogs were comfortable, and gave Ellie the gentle care she needs. I truly felt at ease knowing they were in her hands. I’ll definitely booking with her again!

Daniela was super easy to work with and very reliable. We met before she watched our dog and they got along very well during that meeting, and while we were away. She kept us updated with photos and with progress reports. We would highly recommend her, she was great!!
