I currently have two Sphynx (hairless) cats and a Pomeranian, and I absolutely love spending time with animals. I’m looking to make some extra income so I can continue being a stay-at-home mom, and I’d love to help take care of your pets while you’re away. About: I am certified by the American Red Cross in cat and dog first aid, and I have experience administering oral, optical, and topical medications to pets. I’m a lifelong cat lover and proud owner of three cats, so I understand that every cat has their own unique personality and comfort level. I’m attentive to the little things and always prioritize your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness. I work remotely as a software engineer, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to easily fit cat sitting into my day. I can provide morning, midday, and evening visits, administer meals or medications, clean litter boxes, and spend quality time playing with or comforting your cats. My remote work also makes it easy to accommodate last-minute check-ins or longer visits. Caring for my own three cats has given me hands-on experience with a wide range of personalities and needs. Every day I make sure they have fresh food and water, keep their litter boxes clean, monitor their health and behavior, and spend time playing and giving them attention. I’m comfortable recognizing when something seems off, whether it’s changes in appetite, energy, or litter box habits. Since each of my cats has a different personality, I’ve learned to adapt my care to what makes each one feel safe, comfortable, and happy.

About: I have been taking care of and pet sitting animals, whether it be my own, my family’s or friends basically my whole life. More recently, I have been involved with The Seeing Eye since 2018, as a puppy sitter as well as a volunteer Puppy Raiser, and I have been bathing and grooming dogs professionally since early 2021, working with little puppies for their first grooms all the way up to senior dogs who need a little more love and patience during the grooming process. I have several years of experience working with puppies on basic obedience, and potty training. In addition, I have a 6 year old german shepherd who I have raised and trained myself who I love with my whole heart. I currently work 5 days a week as a groomer, however my schedule can be flexible. I am available most nights after 6 pm and all day Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I do not pet sit in my own home, as I live in a small apartment. However, I would be more than happy to stay over a clients home if needed!

About: I worked as a private dog and house sitter for a small company for a couple years. It was wonderful. I’ve cared for dogs, cats, farm animals, horses, birds and more along with their houses! My family has always had dogs, cats and other pets too. Nothing better than being out in a beautiful, open space watching the dogs run around freely…just being dogs. I’ve helped train puppies with leash, off-leash, tricks and general respect over the past couple years. It can be challenging, but incredibly rewarding. I also have training from a local animal shelter! When interacting or training, I consider myself incredibly patient and calm. I focus on radiating lots of love when I’m around animals. They deserve every ounce of it! More recently, I’ve spent a ton of time nannying children, sometimes helping with their animals too! Feel free to ask any questions. I love making animals feel safe and cared about while keeping things light and fun, when appropriate. I generally have good intuition regarding how to present in front of certain animals. If a dog isn’t listening, my first instinct isn’t to yell, but to remind the dog who is in charge by firming up my tone. My goal is never to make a dog listen to me out of fear- just respect.

About: We share our home with a sweet 3-year-old Old English Sheepdog, who is friendly, playful, and great with other dogs. She enjoys the company of all the pups that become family while they’re here. We look forward to welcoming yours, too. 🐾 Pet care fits easily into my routine since I primarily work from home, with occasional site visits . We take daily walks and get plenty pets and playtime! While I don’t have a fenced yard, dogs are always supervised and taken out on leashed walks. I recommend bringing your dog’s toys, bed and/or crate to help them feel secure, comfortable, and at home in a familiar environment.

About: I’m just starting out on Rover, but I’ve grown up with dogs and been around them my whole life. I work remotely most days, so I am flexible to adjust my schedule to make sure your pet is well taken care of. The sillier and goofier your dog, the better! Whether your pet likes to go for long walks and play fetch or lounge around the house, you can be sure they will be in good hands while you’re away. I work a full-time job and am remote at least 3 days a week, so I am flexible to adjust my schedule to meet your dog’s needs. On the weekends I am looking for any excuse to be outside, so your pets will get plenty of time in the sun! My partner and I live in a house, with no other pets or children. Your pet will be my #1 priority! We have an open yard with plenty of shaded space, and some nice parks nearby. There is a neighbor that lives below us, so any dogs that bark very frequently may not be a great fit for us
