About: Hello pet parents! My name is Val. I have been working with pets since I was 16 years old. I started in a dog/cat boarding facility and now I’m a part time Vet Tech at a pet hospital . I have lots of experience with feeding schedules, long and safe walks, bathing, trimming nails, and giving lots and lots of love. I’m also CPR certified to be prepared if the unexpected happens. I will take care of your furry friends as if they were my own 🫶🏻 I’m currently working part-time in a pet hospital. Usually I’m there 2-3 days a week, which usually change every week. About: I’ve grown up around dogs ever since I was little, some including mini poodles, rottweilers, germans shepards, boxers, and malti-poos. I trained my own dog when he was a couple months old when I was 16 and have been responsible for him ever since. I give him baths, we go on walks 1-3 times a day, and i feed and play with him. At the moment I just moved home from college and looking for something to keep me busy. I typically go to the gym everyday and whether it be before or after i’m usually free. With my own dog if i let him out in the backyard for a quick bathroom break i always go with him and when we go for walks he’s always on the leash until we get back to the house. Same would go for other dogs I will be walking. I will ensure they are on the leash at all times and that i’m paying attention and not distracted by my phone or other devices. When on longer walks I carry water with me for them and always clean up after they go to the bathroom.

About: Fourteen years of taking care of small to large dogs. I own a 100lb Australian Shepherd lab mix. I can walk, run, visit with them and will ensure their happiness and safety is number one priority. If they have specific dieting or exercise needs, please let me know. I’m available 7 days a week and do this as my full time job so will like repeat visits. I’ve been very helpful in walking much larger dogs too and can lift them if needed. If your pet has a handicap I’m very careful to their needs and can work with them however you need. I have a cart too that I bring on walks for dogs that are recovering or have an injury so they can still enjoy the outdoors or move around.

I highly recommend Emily! She was able to check in on Ellie and JimBob on very short notice, which I appreciated so much. Ellie is elderly and can be difficult to care for, but Emily handled everything with patience, compassion, and genuine love for animals. She kept me informed, made sure the dogs were comfortable, and gave Ellie the gentle care she needs. I truly felt at ease knowing they were in her hands. I’ll definitely booking with her again!
