It was my first time leaving my pup, Frankie, for an extended period of time (and using Rover). After searching high and low through Rover, I thankfully came across Jaclynn. Christina has taken care of our dogs several times now and always does a great job. Our dogs are always excited to arrive at her house. She sends lots of photos and gives updates often. She is very responsive to messages. Over the holidays she gives them little gifts and NYE pup cups. Originally, we chose Christina because she has experience taking care of dogs post-op and one of our dogs had a recent ACL surgery. She took great care of him. It was clear she knew what she was doing. She is also very knowledgeable about dogs in general. It’s worth mentioning that once we needed an extra night at the last minute due to a flight cancellation and she was very kind and accommodating. We highly recommend Christina.
