About: My name is Emma R. and I am currently a senior at Fairleigh Dickinson University - Florham. I have been housitting and pet sitting since I was in middle school and would love to help you out! I have worked with animals of all size, age, and even some with medical conditions. I am experienced at giving medication and work well wih animals, as I grew up with a cat and dogs. I am able to care for multiple pets at once, and have a car on campus so I am able to take any job. I am a college student with avalability sporadically so please reach out about specific days and times that you would need care. If staying the night, I am happy to have your pet sleep with me or crate them, whatever they will be the most comfortable with.

About: I was the primary care giver for my dog (a bulldog named Emma) for most of her life. I am experienced in all that comes with dog ownership including walking, feeding, playing and whatever other crazy demands may arise! As a current volunteer at Mount Pleasant Animal Shelter, I assist with cat/puppy socialization as well as cattery and kennel cleaning. This gives me a chance to learn about different breeds and personality types. I currently work in the office full time Monday- Friday, so I am available on weekends to give your pet the love and care they need. At this time I don’t own any pets, so yours will have my undivided attention. I’m located very close to multiple dog friendly parks so they can safely get their play and exercise time.

I've had 3 dogs and 2 rabbits of my own for the last 25 years and have taken care of cats as well. I work from home so my schedule is pretty flexible. There is a dog park in my apartment complex that is fenced and spacious for dogs to play. There is also a walkway for walking the dogs. My complex is a dog friendly community. I can exercise and keep your dog, cat, or rabbit company when doing a drop-in visit and administer any medications/food you would like me to.

While I don’t have a fenced yard, dogs are always supervised and taken out on leashed walks. I recommend bringing your dog’s toys, bed and/or crate to help them feel secure, comfortable, and at home in a familiar environment.
