About: I have over 10 years of experience caring for both dogs and cats. I also volunteer at St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center, where I socialize with dogs and cats, take dogs on walks, play with them, and help with their overall care. I’m comfortable feeding pets, providing fresh water, playing with them, and giving them plenty of attention and companionship. I’m an active person, so longer walks and hikes are always a pleasure, especially for energetic dogs! I’m also happy to handle the less glamorous parts of pet care. If your pet has an accident inside the house, I have no problem cleaning it up and making sure everything is left clean and comfortable. Most importantly, I’ll treat your pets with patience, care, and lots of attention while you’re away. I work a hybrid schedule, which gives me plenty of flexibility for pet care throughout the week. I’m available for morning, midday, afternoon, and evening visits, depending on the day and your pet’s needs. On weekends, I’m available throughout the day and can easily accommodate walks, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, and longer visits. Safety is always my priority. I prefer to keep dogs on a leash during walks and make sure they’re secure and comfortable at all times. Depending on your preferences and your dog’s routine, I can supervise them in the backyard, take them for walks around the neighborhood, or bring them to a dog park for some exercise and playtime. I’ll always follow your instructions and make sure your dog gets the type of activity they’re used to.

About: I have a lot of experience with dogs of all sizes and behaviors. In my teen years, my family would often take in dogs coworker’s and family friend’s dogs. That gave me plenty of experience with one on one care. At home I currently have a 8 year old Rottweiler named Coco. She can be a bit temperamental, so I am used to dogs with specific boundaries (i.e. no petting). I am a very loving and caring pet owner, who can’t wait to meet yours! I just graduated from Montclair State, so my schedule has freed up significantly! I’m available most days as long as I am booked relatively ahead of time. I very thoroughly take care of pets. All I want is for them to be happy, healthy, and safe. If there are any specific care requirements, please let me know.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and cats throughout my entire life whether it was for working families, friends and neighbors in NJ! For a few years, I used to volunteer at the local animal shelter where I’d help bathe kittens, take their dogs outside and play with our furry friends seeking homes. Being around younger or older pets for years has allowed me to pick up signs and stay calm if accidents happen, whether your pet missed the litter box or regurgitated their meal. I’m always glad to help out where and when I can! I mostly work from home where I have a bit more control over my schedule. Early mornings or late evenings are always flexible! If I receive enough notice, I’m glad to accommodate your pets needs throughout the day on any weekday or weekends as well! I have prior experience being with a wide range of larger outdoor pets and smaller indoor pets who are cage trained or not. I’m glad to keep them company, spend time with their favorite toys and make sure they’re cleaned up after! From previous experience, I have a keen eye on a pets body language and can get a sense if some may need more space than others. However, I’ll always be accommodating if some pets need to let their energy out more than others! Similar to my own cat, on a daily basis, I make sure to set aside 30 minutes of play time with them in the day time and the evening to lessen the “zoomies”!

About: Hi! I’m Danielle — a full-time veterinary nurse working in a busy emergency animal hospital. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do on the side — it’s what I do every day, especially in high-pressure, critical situations. Because I work in emergency medicine, I’m extremely comfortable with pets who have medical needs, anxiety, special diets, mobility limitations, or who simply need a little extra patience and understanding. I have hands-on experience monitoring anesthesia, administering medications (including injections), recognizing early signs of illness, and handling urgent situations calmly and efficiently. That said — I also absolutely love the fun side of pet care. Long walks, enrichment play, structured routines, and making sure your pet feels safe and happy while you’re away are just as important to me.

About: I treat my clients as if I would my own family. And I confidently say my repeat clients do the same for me. I am always someone they can reach out to and depend on when they are traveling outside of the home and need my help. I grew up with a dog and cats and love most all animals. I used to be a veterinary assistant for a few years before covid, and I have good friends who work in veterinary medicine as doctors! I love to learn as much as I can in that field as well, and utilize these resources if absolutely necessary when providing home care. I am available to care, love, and keep your animals safe when I am available to - The sooner you book me for house sittings- all the better. I kindly ask for at least a week or two notice so I can coordinate travel and care in between other work and life obligations. I will regularly take the animals outside, give them treats, cuddle on the couch together (if they’re allowed on furniture) and feed them as needed, just as if you would if you were home to care for them I am happy to provide as much care and service to you and your pets as often as you need it, and whenever I am physically able to be there to care for them for you! For house sittings, I give the the houses with fenced in backyards both your pets and myself to stay outdoors with one another for a longer period of time in a safer environment to get to know one another, especially during first time visits. I love to lounge around the house and get to know your fur babies, especially during my first few times of interacting with them, just to establish care and trust during this time.

About: I’ve taken care of several different dog breeds since the age of 8. Mostly larger breeds ranging from a golden retriever to an Alaskan Malimute. My care ranges from basic walking , bathing, and grooming, down to medication management and insulin shots. Currently I’m looking for another part time job, but at the moment I’m eager to get started working with your pets full time. When I do secure employment it will just be part time in the mornings. And I take care of several dogs when my friends are out of town for about 6 months I can play with your pets during pet sitting, to prevent them feel too bored. I enjoy active days, especially with a cool dog to run around or play ball with. I'm also just as good at lounging around as your cat is, if it needs someone to fluff around with, I'm that person too. I can hold down my own, when it comes to extra large sized animals or even the fiercest of them all- the tiny animals. Besides creating a fun environment for your animals, I'm also creating a positive active environment for myself. Nothing makes me happier than cool animals, they are great company. I am a fan of walks as it is, so to have an animal join me in my outdoor adventures sounds like the perfect day to me. I am currently in a space where I am working from home, so it's been nice to have the company from all the animals as well as a reason to get up from my desk during the daily walks. I am quite clean when it comes to animals, so wiping of the paws after entering from the outdoors is on a list of to-do's for me. They do after all, sleep in our beds and walk on our couches. I also do not like ingredients like wheat and filler, so I always make sure to have any/all treats or foods with ingredients that will elongate the life rather than cut it short. I do not actually have the space to board at this time, but I am more than accommodating to keeping animals in their home space to make sure they are in their most comfortable mental state, while their parent/parents are away.

About: I’ve dog sat for overnight stays for two years, and I have walked dogs consistently for the last three years! I also own two dogs and consistently take care of them. About: I offer compassion, patience and understanding. My experience with dogs began as it does for many when I was a child. My grandfather was a dog trainer. He often brought home stray and injured animals. From him, I gained a wealth of knowledge and respect for animals. Throughout my life I have always had various breeds of dog for companionship and have been fascinated with their behavior and psychology. I have been fortunate to experience first hand the stubbornness of English Bulldogs, the hyper activity of Labrador retrievers, and the gentle weight of mastiff's. Beyond the breed specific traits, I found that each and every dog stands as an individual. Just like people, they all have a unique character and needs. I sincerely hope that you may consider me to care for your companion. I am available after 9:00am weekdays and weekends. However special accommodations can be made. My work is remote and allows for a very flexible work schedule. Your dog sees the world through its nose and as such, we will take our time on walks to let them sniff to their heart’s content. Heavy leash pullers are welcome too. During in home care, I adhere to your dog’s daily routines and schedule of feedings, walks, outdoor breaks and medicines when required. Ample playtime and belly rubs are included at no extra charge. Extended park walks and nature hikes can be scheduled to expose your dog to stimulating new environments and experiences.
