“It was our first time using Rover and Jessica F.'s stay for our Bori (15lbs, Cavapoo). She not only sent photos and videos several times a day throughout the stay but also took very good care of our dog. We were worried that Bori wouldn't want to come home after the wonderful experience with her and her family. The fenced backyard she has is very good (Bori played a lot in the sun and the yard) and she has a separate stay area for the dogs. I will definitely ask her again for her help in the future! Our dog, Coach, had a dream stay with Kristen over Christmas. He was treated like royalty. She handled his food and meds like the pro she is, but also carved out a path for him so he wouldn’t have to walk on the snow. She sent several videos a day, he looked SO happy.
