About: I have had dogs my entire life and Ive had cats since around the age of 8. Ive been taking care of my now senior cat since she was a kitten and she’s still happy, healthy, and my best friend. Ive also done some pet sitting for my college roommate with her puppy and was able to get him started with sit/stay commands. For a few years, I used to volunteer at the local animal shelter where I’d help bathe kittens, take their dogs outside and play with our furry friends seeking homes. From previous experience, I have a keen eye on a pets body language and can get a sense if some may need more space than others. However, I’ll always be accommodating if some pets need to let their energy out more than others! Similar to my own cat, on a daily basis, I make sure to set aside 30 minutes of play time with them in the day time and the evening to lessen the “zoomies”!

I just recently lost my mini schnauzer to brain cancer and would really love to help out where I can and hang out with some dogs (and cats) in the meantime!
