I can provide safe walks for your pet by paying attention to their needs and their surroundings during any weather. I can crate your dog if that is what you would like or play with your dog. I will listen to you about what support your pets need.
Information Cassie B. would like to know about your pet
I must know the dogs' needs ahead of time to create the best experience if there is any medication, interests, dislikes, or socialization. I have never had experience with injected medication, but I am eager and comfortable learning.
A typical day
When going on a regular walk I love to try different routes so they are always interested in something new. I love getting the chance to go to a nearby park to possibly see other people and smell new smells. When I come for a cat drop in, I always start with feeding them their food, fill the water, and clean the litterbox. Then I will usually spend the rest of the time trying to play with them and give them some love with pets/scratches. When I drop in for a dog, I start by letting them out to use the bathroom and then typically i follow with feeding them their meal and check on their water. Once they have time to eat I will play with them with their favorite toys.

Pet care experience
Hello! I am a special education teacher working with 2nd/3rd graders. I have been on rover for over a year now and I still love helping people with their pets when they are away. I have lots of patients and love meeting new pets. I grew up with a labrador and a cat. I used to take care of the neighbor's dog ever since I was 13 providing dinner and walks. I have done lots of babysitting and it included responsibility for the family's pets. I currently help one family with two 2-year-old chocolate labs every time they take a trip. I have lots of experience in overnight care, walks, feeding, high-energy dogs, and playing with them.
Reviews

Cassie is the best!!! Winona loves her so much.

Cassie watched our dog and two cats while we were out of town for a week. She kept us updated throughout the trip, left the house spotless and truly went above and beyond to do an amazing job. Can’t recommend her enough.

Cassie is such a joy! She takes such amazing care of my dogs, and is super responsive and positive. She’s officially my go-to caregiver! Thank you so much!

Cassie was such a great sitter, our dogs really loved her and she rolled with the punches of our living situation well! We recently moved across the country and the dogs are still acclimating, she was so patient and sweet with them. Will definitely request her help again in the future!
