I grew up with 3 Shiba Inus for close to 17 years and now have 2 cats of my own, Pepper Jack and Colbie Jacqueline. I have extensive experience with special needs dogs as my Shibas had varying disabilities ranging from mobility related to medication needing and eventually to doggy dementia. For around 4 years I worked at a high end pet resort/daycare. Though my main responsibility was taking photographs of the pets, I would assist with walking, grooming, and monitoring activities. While there, I had experience with animals of all ages. I continue to do freelance pet photography.
