They were so warm, kind, and caring, and I really appreciated how much effort they made to get to know Leo beforehand and understand his personality and routine. It really showed how responsible and thoughtful they are as sitters. Leo got tons of walks, playtime with Penny, and plenty of room to run around in their big fenced-in yard. We loved all the photos and videos and could tell he was having such a great time. They were also so easy to communicate with, which made everything completely stress-free. I had flight delays that resulted in me needing a later pick up time at the last minute and she was super accommodating.
