She cleaned his paw before going inside of the house since it was raining outside. When I picked up Patch, he was happy and tired, which indicated he had a good amount of activity and attention. I have no complaints about the service; everything was impeccable. The house looked clean and secure, and the care was very personalized.”

Xunzi (Rita) Where do I begin?? Leaving my dog, Bentley, with someone new was nerve-racking, but she exceeded every expectation. From the moment I dropped him off, she kept me updated with thoughtful text messages, frequent photos, and consistent communication that gave me complete peace of mind. She genuinely cared about making sure I knew Bentley was happy, safe, and adjusting well. What impressed me most was the patience and love she showed him. She even hand-fed him to help him feel comfortable and build trust, which meant so much to me. It was obvious she wasn’t just watching him she truly bonded with him. He received plenty of walks, attention, affection, and outstanding care throughout his stay. Bentley came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well loved. It’s rare to find someone who treats your dog like their own, and that’s exactly what she did. We had a wonderful experience with Edelann and Lax and felt completely at ease leaving Buddy with them. They were communicative, warm, and clearly treated him like part of the family.
