From the moment I dropped him off, she kept me updated with thoughtful text messages, frequent photos, and consistent communication that gave me complete peace of mind. She genuinely cared about making sure I knew Bentley was happy, safe, and adjusting well. What impressed me most was the patience and love she showed him. She even hand-fed him to help him feel comfortable and build trust, which meant so much to me. It was obvious she wasn’t just watching him she truly bonded with him. He received plenty of walks, attention, affection, and outstanding care throughout his stay. Bentley came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well loved. It’s rare to find someone who treats your dog like their own, and that’s exactly what she did. I will absolutely be booking with her again and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and exceptional dog sitter.
We had a wonderful experience with Edelann and Lax and felt completely at ease leaving Buddy with them. They were communicative, warm, and clearly treated him like part of the family. Buddy had a great time - he loved playing with their dog Akira and enjoying their big backyard, and it was clear he was happy and comfortable throughout his stay. Wan is absolutely amazing! She took such wonderful care of our pup and we’re convinced he loves it there more than home. It’s so nice to have peace of mind that your pet is being taken care of just as you would when you’re away. Wan was even incredibly flexible and accommodating when a snowstorm kept us from getting home on time, keeping our guy for a few extra days. So thankful for her!
