She took care of my cat, Simba, for almost a week, and the whole experience felt like dropping him off at a family member’s that I could trust. It's very obvious she has a genuine affection for pets. She also exercised a lot of patience approaching and gaining my cat’s trust as he’s very skittish especially in a new environment. Now, as we work from home and have a big yard, we have the ideal setup for happy, safe dogs—and want to share it with your fur baby! Stay at Penny’s House: - We’ve raised our 3-year-old mini poodle to be happy, gentle and kind. She loves to play and cuddle, and gets along very well with other dogs and cats! She’s a great hostess. - Our home is very loving and safe. About: I've loved animals my whole life and have been around cats in one way or another for most of my life. I grew up with multiple cats and I've been taking care of my cat Cole since adopting her in 2018 as a kitten. I've been volunteering at a cat shelter for several years as a socializer and love visiting as many cats as I can when I'm there (I always stay longer than my shift). I love them dearly, always want what's best for them, and would treat your cat with the same care concern I'd treat for my own. I'd be happy to provide drop-in visits for feedings/etc or to provide your cat with some play/social time! I love meeting new cats and taking in their unique quirks! While I've had a lot more exposure to felines, I've spent time and cared for several dogs as well and would gladly care for yours while you are away. I've had a lot of good experiences with them - I’m good pals with my landlady's pitbull and my dad’s chocolate lab! I’ll give your dog lots of attention and be mindful of their personality, especially during walks. I’ve had some anxious ones that can get a bit testy when they see other dogs during walks and I’ve handled them well. I'm between jobs at the moment, so I am fairly flexible in terms of availability with some notice. Sunday is my day for volunteering, though I can swap my shift if need be to provide your pet with the care it needs. I'm happy to arrange for shorter/longer visits on single/recurring basis. “We were out of state for a week, and Gargi and Sourav went above and beyond to take care of our dog, Zeytin. They made sure she had a blast by taking her to the pond for swimming, which she absolutely loves, and spent time playing with her using sticks—her favorite activity. They kept us updated with little notes about how she was doing, which gave us such peace of mind. Zeytin came back happy, healthy, and clearly well-loved. We’re so thankful for their kindness and fantastic care!”
“My dog was very happy when I picked him up and dropped him off. He is generally very anxious and an older dog so I am always a little wary leaving him behind but I am glad we found Michael and he had a comfortable stay at Michael's house. Michael and his wife were wonderful and always very responsive and flexible with my last minute changes.”
“Karla was incredible!!! This was our first time leaving our puppy with a dog sitter so we were super nervous but Karla was so friendly and reassured us constantly. She sent us tons of photos and kept us up to date on how he was doing. Our puppy is a little shy but he took to Karla super fast when they first met! He had tons of play time and made so many friends! He was so happy running around in the yard and we could tell he was having a wonderful time! “Wow! Teddy was very well loved during her stay with Amanda! She sent multiple pictures daily and didn't get upset when I would check in with her about how Teddy was adjusting. She gave Teddy all the cuddles, all the walks Teddy needed, and was comfortable giving Teddy her allergy medication daily. Amanda was kind enough to do a meet and greet prior to booking && was so genuine and caring. It made our drop off way easier for Teddy and I. I would highly recommend her!”
