I take details seriously and I will pay attention to your requests and execute them well! I had a lovely Schnauzer miniature named Jessie for 17 years and she was the happiness of my life. Unfortunately pets don’t live longer... and she passed. Now I have an adopted 12 year old cat, named Katie, and she is open up every day more. Just as my love grows!!!! I love all animals and I’ll be really happy to help you with your pet too! I’m currently working part time from home, so I have plenty of time to go on walks, visits, and take care of your pet. I’m very attentive with everything involving safety for your pet and your home! I always double check leashes and make sure they are away from the door before I leave.
About: I care deeply for animals and feel pure joy and a sense of purpose when I exercise them. Their mental state and well-being is just as important as ours, but it's up to us humans to maintain it! I grew up with labs, a golden retriever and an Irish wolfhound. Several neighbors, friends and family members have relied on me for drop ins, walks and weekend stays for their dogs and cats since I was a young teen. I also volunteered and later worked at an educational nature center for kids in my hometown and have experience handling and feeding birds, rabbits and reptiles. I am available most weeknight evenings (5:30 pm and after) and flexible Fri-Sun. You can always send a request even if it shows I'm unavailable, I will always try to shift things around in my schedule for Rover if I can! I will respond quickly too. I am unable to house animals in my current space, but when I introduce myself to a new animal in his/her home, I will let them approach me and get down at their level. I have learned that body language and tone very much matters.
About: I've taken care of cats and dogs since I was 16. I had 2 cats and a dog from the age of 4. I had 3 dogs as a child and teenager. I take care of my parents 10 year old Pomeranian dog, Buddy. He is my favourite and I have so much fun playing with him and taking him for walks. I regularly take care of my friends' cats and dogs of all ages. I don't own any pets but I hope to some day. I'm very patient, kind and caring. I have a lot of patience with kittens, puppies and older dogs and cats. I love pet sitting! I always look forward to taking care of pets. I live in a large 1 bedroom apartment with lots of room for a pet to walk around, play and rest. Sarah took wonderful care of our fur babies once again! She is so caring and communicative. She kept a close eye on everything, quickly noticing a rash under Mojo’s armpit and checking in with me right away to consult on what to do. Even though Shakira can be hit-or-miss with wee-wee pads, Sarah handled the accidents without hesitation or complaint. Plus, she sent tons of cute photo updates every day. I felt completely at ease while traveling knowing they were in such loving hands.
CJ was absolutely AMAZING! ❤️ She took such wonderful care of my black cat, Blacky, and treated her as if she were her own. From the very beginning, CJ was punctual, responsible, and incredibly communicative. She gave me thoughtful updates after every visit, including details about Blacky’s litter box, their playtime, and even cleaning up the living room afterward. She also sent me plenty of photos and videos, which meant so much to me because I never had to wonder how my girl was doing while I was away. 🥹🐈⬛ Even when there were unexpected issues with the doormen, CJ was incredibly patient and flexible. She handled everything so calmly and professionally. Most importantly, she never rushed her visits, she consistently spent 30+ minutes with Blacky, giving her plenty of attention, playtime, and love. It was such a relief knowing that my furry baby was in such caring hands. I truly felt that CJ cared about Blacky and her well-being, and that gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. CJ is truly FANTASTIC, and I will absolutely hire her every time I need someone to care for Blacky. I trust her completely with my beautiful girl, and I couldn't have asked for a better caretaker.
