Lord Ginsberg is not your average dog. He has his own routines, preferences, quirks, and very strong opinions about comfort. Jane understood all of that immediately. Her patience was absolutely legendary, and she took the time to learn his specific needs and little eccentricities without ever making me feel like I was asking too much. What meant so much to me was how communicative she was throughout my trip. She regularly sent adorable photos and videos of Ginsberg, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Every update made it clear that he was happy, comfortable, and being genuinely cared for. Jane is not only responsible and attentive, she’s also warm, funny, and incredibly understanding. The best compliment I can give is that I could tell she truly enjoyed Lord Ginsberg’s company. She wasn’t just watching him, she was spending time with him and appreciating his unique little personality. She even came to understand his profound and unwavering love of cheese, which any true friend of Ginsberg quickly learns is a very important part of his worldview. When I came home, I found a happy, relaxed, well-cared-for pug, and that’s every pet parent’s dream. I can’t thank Jane enough for the care, kindness, humor, patience, and attention she showed him. “Emma and Wes made the long weekend absolutely amazing for Rivers. Emma kept the photos coming all weekend, which showed there was lots of park time and lots of fetch. Rivers had such a great time that when Wes said goodbye and walked away, Rivers ran after him! To top it all off, they picked up and dropped off Rivers, which was a huge, huge help. “Maria and Michael were AMAZING with my dog Max. Not only did they take great care of him but they kept in constant contact sending us pictures and videos. Before I boarded Max with them, they invited me over to meet them at their home so Max could get a chance to explore their home and feel comfortable with them. On the day the boarding began Maria took the time to come to my apartment to help me carry all of Max's stuff to their place which was a huge help. Maria and Michael also took Max on many fun outings which he throughly enjoyed. They're both obviously dog lovers and I look forward to using their services again.”

We previously tried boarding and the amount of dogs was overwhelming for our schnauzer. She's a nervous one. So we found Elizabeth and I'm so happy with the entire experience. Stella was amazing! Breno took to her right away. She sent pictures and updates while we were gone, and he looked like he was living his best life. When we picked him up he didn’t want to leave. With other sitters he couldn’t wait to go home, but he sat with Stella and rested his paw on her leg, his way of saying he cares about you. Stella is the best, and we will definitely book her again!
Our pup, Mo always has the best time staying with Adrienne, her partner, and Frenchie, Hugo! She does an amazing job at daily updates along with the cutest pictures to go along with them 🥰 I can tell how comfortable Momo is with them which makes me so so happy! Daniel was amazing with my dog, Chickpea! She’s pretty high energy and can be reactive on a leash with big dogs, and Daniel wasn’t phased at all. He sent updates throughout the week and was so loving towards Chickie. I can tell she had the best time. I’ll 10000% be booking again with Daniel!
