Over the course of three days, it became clear that they put maximum effort into keeping our pup happy, hydrated and entertained. Their communication skills were A+++, keeping us updated with photos, videos and texts throughout the day. They took our pup for frequent walks, fed her at the requested time and even did an amazing photoshoot with her. This was our first time using Rover for extended day-sitting and we couldn’t be happier that we found someone like Sophia and Matias on the first try. Kiki said she enjoyed the service, and while she would prefer not to be left behind by mom and dad, if it has to happen again, it better be with Sophia and Matias 🫶🐾

Made a last-minute booking, and Jessica was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. She responded to my questions within the day and regularly sent me pictures of my dog. It was nice knowing my dog was doing well while I was away. Overall, she was really nice, caring, and I would definitely recommend her!
Darlene is great! Every time I take my Charlie to see her she walks right in to her place excited to see her. Darlene always send me tons of photos through the day of their walks and snuggles. Charlie has a bit of anxiety, but she’s totally at ease when I drop her off.
Angelina was absolutely fantastic with Dexter! She kept us updated throughout his stay with lots of pictures and videos and was always incredibly responsive. She was also super flexible with drop-off / pick-up timing and even with our relatively short notice when booking. We’ve used a number of sitters on Rover and Angelina was genuinely the best we’ve had. Most importantly, Dexter came home calm, tired and happy, which is about the best review we can give. We felt completely comfortable having him with her and are already rebooking!
Great host for my Wooli! I highly recommend, she sends updates with videos and pics, understood all directions for wooli since he is deaf. Zinnia took amazing care of our dog Stella during her daycare stay. She took care of everything Stella needed, took her on a really nice and long walk, and sent us a lot of great pictures during the stay. Zinnia also was very communicative and made pick up and drop off very easy. We’d definitely ask her to look after Stella again in the future.
