“I am so thrilled to have found Rachel as my kitties’ sitter!!! I just recently learned about this app. I scrolled through a few profiles, and chose Rachel because of her proximity and fabulous reviews. For my first booking, I had her come over to meet my kitties so we become acquainted with her together. I felt immediate comfort with her. My boy cat went up to her right away. He can always tell a person’s vibe from the first moment. She greeted us all with her warm smile, I then showed her around and instructed her on how they like things. She got right to it! She hung out on the floor with them after feeding them and scooping their litterboxes. Because of my anxiety, I have never left my cats alone over night with anyone, but that fear has gone! About: I've taken care of my first cat since 14 years old. She lived about 17 years. The last few days of her life, I was still trying to save her, sent her to most famous animal hospital, holding her till the last minute. It was heart broken. More than a year ago, I got my ragdoll Duoduo, he is from China and stayed at my brother's home for few months till he travelled to US. My cat got urinary retention last winter, in order to avoid him got the same problem again, I bought few water fountains until he really likes one of them. This winter, he is doing very good. When he got loose poops, I took him to the local vet right away to make sure nothing wrong. I bought cat food for sensitive stomach to solve the problem. I spent a lot of money on automatic litter box, feeding machine, I clean up the litter boxes as often as I can, I vacuum the floor everyday to keep the room clean. I've been buying all good cat food, stomach sensitive, urinary care, dry and wet food. I have been trying to feed him twice wet food everyday. Healthy is most important thing for taking care of pet. I tried my best to keep my cat healthy and happy.

About: Well to begin with, I have experience walking numerous dogs since the day I was born. My love for animals in general is immense, contributing to the positive well being of animals is my passion and being able to focus that into a career is something I would have never imagined simply by making sure dogs go when they need too. I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and I currently have an aussiedoodle with special dietary and grooming needs and foster pups through MuddyPaws NYC. I only take 1 dog at a time (in addition to my own) so your pup gets the attention they need. While I’m not a professional dog trainer, I strongly believe in constantly and consistently training dogs through positive reinforcement only. I do not go to dog parks or let dogs off leash for their own safety and to avoid reactivity. I’m well versed in dog body language and believe mental enrichment activities along with physical exercise leads to a happier pup. I love taking pups to any place that is dog-friendly because they too deserve to explore the world and live their best lives possible. I have a flexible schedule during the week which allows me to care for all your dog’s needs and take them out for regular walks. It would be helpful to have a general overview of your pup’s personality and I’ll follow any instructions you have. To avoid reactivity and for safety, I do not take dogs into dog parks or let them off leash ever. I have a patio for smaller dogs (20lbs or less) to go outside but larger dogs are not allowed since it is 5 stories up and has a 4ft wall on 2 sides. “Charlie stayed with Katherine this past weekend. She came and picked him up from my house and brought home home right when she said she would. During his stay, Katherine kept me updated with pictures. It looked like Charlie was having a great time. He came home happy and exhausted!”

About: I’ve been around animals and dogs all my life. I grew up in the countryside in Ecuador and have coexisted with animals all my life. As a student on vacations it fits perfectly for any schedule or hour. Besides that I love dogs above all and love spending time with them. There are a lot of friendly dogs in the neighborhood. I never left them alone and I’m always petting and been active with all pets
