Your Pet's New Best Friend
As a Rover pet sitter, I plan on being your dog’s next best friend. I love dogs and they love me. I have experience caring for dogs of all ages, including seniors and puppies, and I’m committed to making sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I am happy to welcome multiple dogs into my home for boarding! To ensure each pet receives focused and personalized care, I exclusively accept multiple dogs when they are from the same household. I do not take on dogs from different families simultaneously, so your pets will have a calm and safe environment with just their own pack.

Mathew is the best and our dog Dexter loves staying with him. Everytime he gets dropped off, Dexter is so excited to see him. Mathew keeps us informed and sends us updates. Dexter has stayed with Mathew a number of times now and we’ll definitely be using Mathew again in the future.
Mathew was super communicative, easy to work with, you can tell he really loves dogs, and best of all Dexter loved him. Really appreciated the text and photo updates as well. Highly recommend

With a calm and secure atmosphere, your pet will receive all the love, attention, and care they need, making it a second home they can trust. Plus, my constant presence means they’re never left alone, ensuring peace of mind for both you and your furry friend.

My day starts with happy greetings and a morning walk to burn off some energy. After the walk, it’s breakfast time, followed by fun activities like fetch or visits to the park for socializing. Midday includes some quiet time or a nap, and in the afternoon, we’ll have a second walk or play session before dinner. Evenings are for winding down with gentle play or cuddles, ensuring each dog feels relaxed and loved before bedtime. My goal is to keep every dog happy, healthy, and entertained while their owners are away!

It’s also helpful to know their dietary requirements, such as what food they eat, how much, and when they’re usually fed. Understanding their behavior and temperament is key. Are they social or more reserved? Do they have any fears, anxieties, or triggers I should be aware of? Knowing their daily routine is also important—like their usual walk times, play preferences, and any specific rituals they have. It’s also good to know the basic commands they respond to, how much exercise they need, and what toys, treats, or activities they love the most. And, of course, having emergency contacts, including your vet’s info, is always a priority. The more I know, the better I can make sure your dog feels safe, happy, and loved while you’re away!
