She went above and beyond in so many ways — she bought Whale toys, took her on trips to Petco, and made sure she was getting plenty of attention, activity, and love. What I appreciated most was the communication. Every single day, Anna sent us pictures, videos, and thoughtful, detailed messages telling us what they had been doing and how Whale was doing. Being out of the country for two weeks, that kind of communication gave us so much peace of mind. We never once had to wonder whether Whale was okay or whether she was being well cared for. Whale very clearly became part of Anna’s family while she was there, rather than simply being a dog she was boarding. You can tell that Anna genuinely enjoys spending time with the dogs in her care, and that makes such a huge difference. We could not have asked for a better experience. Anna is incredibly caring, attentive, communicative, and trustworthy, and we would leave Whale with her again without hesitation. “Adam watched our 10 month old puppy for about a week while we were out of town, and he did an awesome job. I got so many pictures and videos the whole time. His dog Hermes gets on great with my puppy, they were playing together the whole time! We did a meet and greet before booking him to make sure that the dogs got along well together too. We needed our dog to only eat the food we brought due to allergy concerns, and Adam fed them in separate rooms which worked well. We got back a tired, happy puppy.”

I truly cannot express with words what a star Sitter Yuliia is! She is incredible to work with, asked all the Right questions before I dropped off Louie to make sure she knew everything there was to know about taking care of him. She was super communicative. Made the pick up and drop off Seamless. She sent me photos and updates throughout my trip and really put me at ease. My flight was delayed on the way home and she said it was no problem at all, and that my Louis was safe and sound, and she even offered to take care of him an additional night if needed, which really put my anxiety at ease. And then, of course, due to the delay my plans were disrupted for an event that I had that evening, and she even went above and beyond to drop Louie off at my place so that I wasn’t late to my event. If I could give her 100 stars and $1 million dollars to be my permanent sitter for Louis - trust me I would! but definitely will be booking her every single time on priority going forward.
Isabella was lovely! Our 9 month old pup loved her. She responded quickly to any questions, shared plenty of updates and photos while we were away, and was flexible when our plans changed. Our dog can be high-energy at times since she's still young, but Isabella was great at dealing with it. We would absolutely book with her again.
I'm so happy I found Paola. If you're looking for someone who will go above and beyond your expectations in caring for your dog, she's the person you want. It was my first time using Rover, and I was nervous about finding the right person to watch our dog, Milli. When I came across Paola and saw how happy another user was with the way she cared for their dog, I decided to take a chance. First, she made the effort to come meet Milli to see if they would be a good fit. I was running late because the NYC trains have no mercy, but she waited for me so the meetup could happen. Milli instantly took a liking to her, and we agreed it would be a great fit. Second, she came to our home to pick Milli up, which was really professional and saved me the time of bringing Milli to her. Third, she kept us updated on everything Milli was doing: how many walks they took, how many times Milli went to the bathroom, how they were hanging out together, the whole nine yards. Paola is such a sweet, outgoing professional, and I'm really happy to have met her and trusted her with our dog. I highly recommend her services, and I'll definitely be booking her again.
Julia was such a great communicator before, during, and after our dog's stay with her. She was able to care for a somewhat stubborn pup who needs medications without issue, sent pictures and written updates, and our dog came back happy and tired (the best combination!). Her apartment is clean and safe. We will be booking with her again soon.
I was very happy with the care Urvi provided for our dog Sophia. She let us know how she was doing with texts and photos. I felt confident that she was doing well. Sage was fantastic with Haru! She really took the time to understand Haru's quirks, habits, and needs and made sure to provide him with a fun and comfortable environment while we were away. The frequent updates and photos to keep us in the loop were also greatly appreciated!
