I feel so lucky to have found Amerah. Kelso and Izzy have stayed with her twice now while I've gone on work trips and I could not imagine leaving them in better hands. My guys are older and have complications, but from the get go, Amerah has been thoughtful, responsive and just all around lovely. Kelso and Izzy, of course, adore her and I'm sure are looking forward to their next visit. Again, counting our lucky stars.
Amanda was absolutely wonderful! From start to finish, she made the whole experience so easy and gave us one less thing to worry about while we were away. She was great with communication, always keeping us updated with messages and photos of Grizzly, which really meant a lot to us. What I appreciated most was how understanding and accommodating she was with our hectic schedule, especially when we had to deal with flight delays. She was incredibly flexible and made a stressful travel situation that much easier. It’s never easy leaving your dog behind, but knowing Grizzly was in good hands gave us real peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy our family vacation. Taylor was so amazing with Calvin! Starting from the meet and greet, she was asking all the right questions about his routine and his personality. Calvin was so excited when I dropped him off that he didn’t even look back to watch me leave. He had some tummy issues which Taylor made me aware of and I should note she handled them perfectly. I would definitely have her watch Calvin again!
