We’re Beautifull and Refine, a mother daughter pet care duo who truly loves animals. I’m Beautifull, a college student, and since I can’t have pets of my own right now, I love spending time caring for other people’s fur babies and treating them like family. My mom, Refine, is a retired CNA who now works from home, which means your dog or kitty will get plenty of love, attention, and companionship throughout the day. One of the best parts about booking with us is that your pet gets two caring people instead of one. We both get up early, stick to a routine, and make sure every pet gets the care, playtime, walks, cuddles, and potty breaks they need. Whether your pet is energetic and loves to play or prefers a quiet place to relax, we’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and right at home. We know how important it is to trust the people caring for your pets, and we don’t take that lightly. We’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing your furry family member is happy and in good hands. We can’t wait to meet you and your fur baby and give them twice the love they deserve!

As a first-time user of the app, I was honestly so nervous about leaving my pup with a stranger. But Refine immediately put both me and my pup at ease. She took such great care of her and went above and beyond to keep me updated with daily videos and check-ins. Being able to see how happy and comfortable my pup was gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. I truly could not have asked for a better sitter. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of my little pup. I would absolutely book with you again and again!

Beyond amazing! Our family was away for an extended period of time and Refine was an amazing fur baby sitter. She sent pictures and videos and was very communicative. It can be difficult as a pet parent to leave your pup with someone you don't know or someone new, but it was such a blessing to be on vacation and feel so comfortable that our baby was being well cared for. I cannot say enough about Refine. I highly recommend her and will absolutely be using her in the future.

Thank you, Beautifull, for taking such incredible care of my dogs! I am forever grateful for everything you did while I was away. She cared for my two senior dogs for an entire week and kept me updated every step of the way. She sent me photos during their walks and regularly checked in with updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. Whenever anything came up, she let me know right away. Since my dogs are seniors, they experienced some anxiety being away from home and even had a little stomach upset, which can happen when they’re stressed. She handled everything with so much patience, care, and compassion, and made sure I was informed throughout the entire stay. It was clear that she genuinely cared about their well-being and treated them like they were her own. Knowing they were in such loving hands allowed me to truly enjoy my trip without constantly worrying about them. I trust her completely and will absolutely book with her again in the future. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, communicative, compassionate, and truly loves animals, I cannot recommend her enough. Your pets will be in amazing hands!

Schedule
Beautifull is currently working part time Monday through Thursday 8am-6pm so I am available any time before then or after. My schedule does often change but I am sure to give updates about it. While Refine is completely work from home so her schedule is flexible!

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a clean, pet-friendly apartment in New York City. While I don’t have a private backyard, I have access to safe walking routes and a nearby dog park where your pup can enjoy exercise, fresh air, and playtime if they’re comfortable in that environment and you approve. I make it a priority to follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, playtime, medication, and any special instructions you provide. Whether I’m caring for your pet in my home or yours, they’ll receive plenty of love, attention, and supervision throughout the day.
A typical day
Every pet is different, so I like to tailor activities to their personality and energy level! Some of my favorite things to do are playing fetch, going on walks, visiting the nearby dog park (with your permission), and spending quality one-on-one time together. I’m also a bit of a book nerd, so don’t be surprised if your furry friend gets to relax while I read to them!
