“Leaving our dog is never easy, however Bridget made him feel right at home. She always kept us updated and sent us updates, pictures and videos all of the time. She has her own dog, so we were worried about how he’d react to coliving in another dogs home. We were told after a day, the two got along very well. Bridget was very cool about drop off/pick up times as well, as we dropped him off pretty late, since she had work. But we also picked him up pretty late, as our flight back was a little delayed. I love helping dogs feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they adjust to new environments.I also worked at Camp Bow Wow for about five months, where I gained hands on experience caring for and supervising dogs of all sizes and personalities. That experience confirmed what I already knew. I genuinely love being around dogs. Since I work during the week, I am mainly available on weekends and would love to help with dog walking or drop in visits. About: I havw taken care of my families and friends different animals (especially dogs). I've dog sat including feeding, bathing and walking their dogs and cats while away. Pet care fits in my daily routine as I'm working part time and college is online. Distance isn't an issue and I'm free most of my week. I wouldn't be caring for pets in my home, but in my clients home I would make sure all pets are taken care of properly and safe.

About: Hello! I’ve taken care of dogs, birds, and rabbits over the years. I have a three-year-old sweet husky mix who loves to socialize. I care a lot about the little things. I love to hike, do long walks with dogs, meditate, and write poetry. I have a few big areas for dogs to run around in my apartment. I have a crate which I can use to separate her from your dog if need be. I play fetch and give sit/ down/ stay/ heel commands to my pup. Happy to do whatever is required.

We scheduled a meet and greet with our pup Henny which went well and from that point we knew Henny was in good hands. Henny loved Vanessa right away. We encountered 0 issues with Vanessa and booking through Rover. We received many lovely updates and pictures of Henny throughout the stay. Vanessa was also very prompt with replies. All in all our pup was a bit of a handful and needs to get more accustomed to staying in the care of someone else as this was his first time being away from us.
