Moonyoung and Sunhyung were great with Ziggy! It usually takes her a couple days to get used to a new environment, and they were patient, sent updates and pictures and provided a caring home. It gave me great peace of mind while away that Ziggy was being well taken care of :)

We could not recommend Alejandra enough! She was amazing! We have a very “feisty” 5 year old Pomeranian, Spike, and have never been able to find anyone who we felt comfortable enough leaving him with. We tried Alejandra for one night, to make sure it would go well, before we dropped Spike off for a longer period of time. We were blown away at how he settled in right away and made himself at home. Alejandra and her family took amazing care of Spike. By the first night, he was sleeping in their lap and taking over their bed. Alejandra sent constant pictures and updates the entire week we were away. I will absolutely use her service again!!!!
