“We had such a great experience with Michaelangelo! We had a last-minute need for someone to watch our almost 2-year-old Boxer, Walter, who is VERY energetic and has some separation anxiety. Michaelangelo said yes without hesitation, which we really appreciated. He has two Pomeranians of his own and a great fenced-in yard where Walter could run around and get all of his energy out. Michaelangelo sent us pictures and updates every day, which really helped us feel comfortable knowing Walter was doing well. He was also very quick to respond anytime I had a question. Amarys was such an amazing pet sitter! Not only was she extremely humble and sweet, she took such great care of our pups, Mochi and Miso. I can’t thank her enough for being so attentive and caring with the dogs. We have a pup with a strict diet which she stuck to and even reached out when clarity was needed. She went above and beyond to tell us about her healthy, homemade treat line for our dogs although they have sensitive tummies…I must say, her treats are a must try! Our dogs didn’t have any adverse reactions to them and loved the flavor. Overall, I’d 1000% recommend her for your pet care/needs!
Kevin was great!! I was definitely nervous about leaving Willow with someone new, but we met up at the dog park beforehand so (we) and our dogs could meet, and make sure they got along. They did, thankfully!! He was great with communication which made me feel better leaving her. She was happy when I picked her up and everything seemed to go well. I’d definitely book with Kevin and Bubbles again!
Catherine is the absolute best! She is super communicative, easy to reach, and I’ve had seamless booking experiences with her. She is also super understanding! I had flight delays that resulted in me needing a later pick up time at the last minute and she was super accommodating. My dog Jax loves her and Cashew. 10/10 recommend Catherine and I’ll definitely be booking with her in the future!
Jadea was great! Received daily communication and updates. Jadea was responsive and reachable when necessary. Our dog was well cared for and received the personal attention he is used to. We loved getting pictures of him throughout his stay with her. Would definitely use her again in the future!
My dog immediately liked Karla and didn't mind a bit when I left the house. Karla did an excellent job of sharing photos and updates during my dog's stay, so I was always at ease. I greatly appreciated how flexible Karla was with the advance notice changes to the pickup and drop off times. If I ever need overnight care again, I've got Karla on speed dial!
Moonyoung and Sunhyung are AMAZING. This was our first time leaving our puppy with someone else and also our first time using Rover. They were so amazing with all of the updates and pictures throughout the day. They took our pup to the park and took him out of walks multiple times a day. They are also super responsive in case you have any questions or concerns. We’re so glad we found people who we can trust!
I booked with Carol for boarding my dog. She was fantastic! She took very good care of my dog and adhered to feedings, walks, play time, and all the fun things my dog loves to do.
