I have used river maybe five or six times in the past, and that last time I use them I had a very bad experience with poor communication and people were so polite and had a beautiful property and kept in constant communication with plenty of pictures and when it was time for me to pick up my dog, we had a lot of traffic and we’re over an hour late and they were happy to oblige. I will definitely leave my stellar with him anytime and I plan to leave her with them in the future anytime I need a sitter. They sent me lots of pictures. They even went as far as printing out some pictures for us, and they gave Stella a little bandanna like she would have when she left a groomer. They were very polite and had a great backyard, and my dog was very happy when I picked her up, so I know that they treated her well. They are definitely an A+ sitter. At 8:30am and 6:00pm my dog gets a walk and I let out my dog whenever he stands by my back door into my fenced in yards where he is free do do as he pleases (there is nothing dangerous back there). I walk him around 30 min after his meals so he get a good bowel movement in. I would alway try to leave everything as it is and only to touch what I am instructed too. The would be taken the upmost care of.

“They were extremely accommodating with our pick up and drop off schedule. I have used river maybe five or six times in the past, and that last time I use them I had a very bad experience with poor communication and people were so polite and had a beautiful property and kept in constant communication with plenty of pictures and when it was time for me to pick up my dog, we had a lot of traffic and we’re over an hour late and they were happy to oblige. I will definitely leave my stellar with him anytime and I plan to leave her with them in the future anytime I need a sitter. They sent me lots of pictures. They even went as far as printing out some pictures for us, and they gave Stella a little bandanna like she would have when she left a groomer. They were very polite and had a great backyard, and my dog was very happy when I picked her up, so I know that they treated her well. They are definitely an A+ sitter. I highly recommend them and I have used the multiple times was good and bad and I had nothing but good things to say about them.”

“We had such a great experience Ankita! She truly made my dog feel right at home from the moment he arrived. It was clear he was comfortable, happy, and well cared for the entire time. “Excellent boarding parents! Jeff and Jenny are a well versed couple with dogs from the initial meet and greet thru pick up at the end of our booking. Smooth process thru the entire stay. Our gentle giant extremely needy labradoodle did great! They provided us with plenty of updates which included pictures and videos of his time with them. He was fortunate to have another doodle as a buddy during his stay. We will be glad to use Jeff and Jenny in the future for our boarding/care taking needs yet again!”
