I anticipated that many care givers could also have personal holiday plans, making booking help problematic. Sara understood completely and we met 6 weeks prior to our need. She was attentive to the boys and quick to get friendly with them. Even on a very snowy day, Sara texted to inform me she had plans in place to get to our apartment, and was on time with their visit. About: I have had pets all of my life. I am a teacher so I am used to schedules, responsibilities, and caring for others with a high level of care. Our pets deserve to have the same love and care that they give to us! I am a teacher but will have plenty of availability in the summer months. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
