Alexa was great and made my first Rover experience comfortable. We did a meet and greet. She asked questions about my cats and expectations which made me feel at ease with her experience as a pet sitter. I loved the updates and the pictures.
Alexa was absolutely wonderful with our three cats! Are grumpy cat even seemed to warm up to her! She was very thorough with her debriefs and was very kind! I loved getting all the photos while on vacation of my kitties! Thank you so much.
Alexa was fantastic and went above and beyond what I asked her to do! I will definitely be booking with her next time and would recommend her to anyone looking for pet care!

0/10. Do not recommend. She left my cat without food for over 15 hours. She didn’t even communicate with me that she was having a rough morning with her daughter and that is what caused the delay. I’m so highly upset about this experience. Utterly confused at all the 5 star ratings. She showed up for the visit I booked on the first day 30 minutes late. And she never showed up for the second visit and I had to ask her if she checked in on my cat. MY CAT HASNT ATE IN OVER 15 HOURS. THIS IS NOT OK.
