0/10. Do not recommend. She left my cat without food for over 15 hours. She didn’t even communicate with me that she was having a rough morning with her daughter and that is what caused the delay. I’m so highly upset about this experience. Utterly confused at all the 5 star ratings. She showed up for the visit I booked on the first day 30 minutes late. And she never showed up for the second visit and I had to ask her if she checked in on my cat. MY CAT HASNT ATE IN OVER 15 HOURS. THIS IS NOT OK.
Alexa what great with my cats, my cats warmed up to her quickly. She told great car of them, sent updates and pictures.
Alexa had great communication and updated with a bunch of photos. Everything was great !! Thank you so much.
