“Peter is a fantastic sitter for our cat Vader. This is our second time partnering with Peter while we were away. Peter gives great pictures, is quick to answer and is very accommodating. I can’t thank him enough!! 100% recommend Peter for any pet sitting needs.”

“Cheryl & Elmar each dropped-in to visit my new 10 week old puppy who is adapting to his parents going back to work. Hudson absolutely loved playing with them and they provided plenty of pictures and videos to ensure Hudson was comfortable and having a great time.”

“Camila was great with Tilly! She showed up on time and took awesome care of her. When I got home, Tilly was super calm and happy, so I know she was in good hands. I’ll definitely be using Camila again. Highly recommend!”

“Erick did a great job taking care of our cat following my wife's exacting food prep standards over several days while we were away. We had an intro meeting ahead of our planned visits, and after that we had an unexpected change of plans and he was able to accommodate a different schedule on short notice. He was on time, responsive, and dependable. He played with the cat, fed him, changed his water, and cleaned his litterbox. Erick also went above and beyond, ie he brought in packages left on the porch and pulled in the trash container from the curb after the weekly pickup. Highly recommended.”

“Lauren M. made drop-in visits for our kitten for a week. Our kitten was in good hands. We received updates every single day with lively photos. If there were other questions or concerns we text Lauren, and she answered promptly. If we need cat sitter in the future, we'd love to ask Lauren again. Thank you for your care!!!”

“Chloe clicked with my dog Ellie instantly, they loved each other during the meet and greet. We left Ellie in good hands for one day with Chloe. She stopped by several times during the day and next day to make sure Ellie was well fed and loved. The pictures she sent made me relieved that Ellie was well taken care of while I was away. I’ll definitely be asking her to care for my dog next time I’m away 💛.”

About: I work from home full time and I live with my girlfriend in about a 5,000 sq foot mansion which gives any pup more than enough space to play and sleep. I also have an apartment in downtown Wall Street. My house is very OCD clean as I have a private cleaning service come twice a week including disinfecting and sterilizing the floors so all pups have an actual clean and germ free environment. So on top of your pup staying in one of the biggest houses on Rover, they will also have their own private puppy housekeeper!! I have a minature schnauzer named Peewee but he does not live with me currently. I allow pets on my furniture and I will be readily available for bathroom breaks whenever needed. I will always be available for 24/7 contact as I understand how precious and important a pet can be for someone as I myself am a dog owner and I could not live without my dog as I love him so much. Since I work from home, the pup will rarely be left alone and my job is very flexible where I can step out when needed for a walk. I allow all pups full access of my house and can go on any furniture including bed. I also have a private cleaning service that comes regularly to clean and disinfect my house.
About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was 10 when I got my dog. I joined Rover 3 years ago and have experience walking, feeding, playing with, and caring for various types of dogs. I care for every dog as if they're my own! I just got home from college and am looking to make some money as I take a remote class this summer. That being said, my schedule is pretty open and flexible! I am very respectful of other's spaces and make sure to follow instructions carefully. I pay attention to detail and am a high energy individual. I truly love dogs so much and am happy to help take care of them when owners' lives get busy.
About: I have grown up with many kinds of animals. I dog sat 3 pitbulls multiple times and leash trained each of them. I trained all of my family pets. And I also worked at a veterinary hospital for 3 years and learned a lot about animal care. I am currently available Monday- Friday after 4pm, and Saturday & Sunday starting at 8am. I currently work at a hospital and hours may be subject to change I do not provide services in my home due to a pet policy in my complex. But I am available for services in your home. I can follow a schedule to fit your pets needs and provide them with lots of love and care.
About: I helped take care of my family dog for 15 years. After losing her last year, I am ready to feel the love again, and I'd love to help care for your pet! I pride myself on being very attentive and caring, ensuring your pets needs will be taken care of - all while getting lots of lovin! I currently work a part-time retail job - my schedule is not your typical 9-5, so in my free time I am looking forward to playing with and caring for your pets!! I make sure your pet gets plenty of attention and care while sticking to their usual routines (walking, eating, etc). I want to make this as stress free as possible for them and you!
“Yvette was awesome! Took such good care of my 3 little fur babies. Definitely went above and beyond to make sure they were happy and I was in the loop with pictures and updates. One million percent would book again! Thank you!!!! 🐾🐾🐾”

“Sara was great to work with! She is very timely, took care of our kitties like they were her own, and checked in with pictures and updates. Our normally shy kitties came out to see her so that tells me only great things! We also felt that our home was safe and treated with care too. I highly recommend her and we will be using her again for future trips. Thank you so much!”

About: I’ve been a dog owner for years and have cared for pups at every stage of life—from energetic puppies to senior dogs who needed extra patience, gentleness, and consistency. I’ve raised one dog through his puppy years and lovingly supported two others through their golden years, so I’m comfortable with training basics, routines, mobility changes, medications, and slower-paced walks when needed. Over the years, friends have trusted me with their dogs while they travel, and now that I have more space in my home—and a large, fully fenced yard—I’m excited to do this regularly. My dog, Ochosi, and I love getting outside for long walks and hikes, and I’m happy to tailor activity levels to each dog’s age, energy, and needs—whether that means an adventurous trail day or a cozy afternoon of cuddles. As a bonus, my roommate is also a longtime dog lover and former dog owner, so your pup will get extra attention and affection beyond just me and Ochosi. Between our household, your dog will be surrounded by care, play, and consistency while you’re away. As an empowerment coach, I work mostly from home, which allows me to be present with the dogs I care for throughout the day. I do have occasional workshops, classes, and client visits that take me out of the house part-time, but I always plan my schedule carefully so pups get plenty of attention, potty breaks, walks, and companionship. Whether caring for your dog in my home or yours, I focus on keeping routines consistent, energy balanced, and tails wagging. I tailor walks, playtime, and downtime to each pup’s age and personality—from adventurous hikes to gentle strolls and cozy evenings. With a big fenced yard for safe outdoor play, plenty of affection from me, Ochosi, and my dog-loving roommate, and regular photo updates for you, your dog will feel secure, happy, and right at home.
“Andrew takes great care of our 2 cats. He always replies quickly, was very thoughtful during our meet and when taking care of our cats. We have been away with peace of mind thanks to him”

“Jenn became very valuable during my recent trip when the other sitter did not follow directions and left my cats without enough food. She went to the store and purchased what I needed without hesitation. Very reliable.”

Sara is a supreme cat sitter and you can trust her with your pets. She was flexible when we had a family emergency and is always reliable to make sure my kitties are well. Even my shy kitty who doesn’t like most people will excitedly greet her. Highly recommended and we will be booking her again and again!

Lauren did an excellent job with Pew Pew as usual. Lauren tended to all of Pew Pew's needs and made sure she was well taken care of and happy. Pew Pew is very comfortable around Lauren. I could rest easy knowing Lauren was taking care of Pew Pew. Thank you Lauren!!
