I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life—dogs of all sizes, cats, bunnies, birds, lizards, and even snakes! I’ve cared for pets with a wide range of needs, from administering medications to managing quirky habits. I’m comfortable with all types of dogs, including rescues with boundless energy (I have one myself who can easily jump a 5-foot fence). No matter what comes my way, I provide loving, capable, and competent care. And, I’ll be sure to send lots of photos of my time with your pet :)

I provide personalized drop-in visits in your home to make sure your pet stays happy, comfortable, and safe. During each visit, I spend quality time with your pet—feeding, giving fresh water, administering any medications, taking dogs for walks/bathroom breaks, and providing plenty of love and attention. I follow your instructions carefully and make sure your home stays tidy. My goal is to keep your pet comfortable and cared for, just as if you were there.

Karen is the BEST! She took such great care of my 2 dogs! They are still pups and are needy and get into a lot of mischief, but Karen went above and beyond! I highly recommend Karen and hope she is always available to take care of my dogs in the future. One dog is very timid and cautious around strangers but she took to Karen right away. One dog got injured before we left and Karen took excellent care of her wound. One dog was a picky eater and had to be spoon fed, but Karen got my dog to eat on her own, which my dog has continued to do, even after we came home!
Karen is wonderful with Charlie and is always prompt, responsive and friendly! Highly recommended!
