As a teacher, I have a consistent schedule that allows me to care for dogs before work, after work, and throughout the weekends. On weekdays, your dog will receive plenty of attention in the mornings and evenings, and if boarding with me, they’ll have the companionship of my friendly dog during the day. I’m also available for overnight stays, boarding on weekends, holidays, and school breaks, giving your pet plenty of love, exercise, and personalized care while you’re away.

Whether I’m caring for your pet in my home or yours, my goal is to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. In my home, pets become part of the family, receiving plenty of attention, playtime, exercise, and affection while maintaining their normal routines as closely as possible. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect both your home and your pet’s routine by following feeding schedules, providing walks, playtime, medications if needed, and lots of companionship. I know every pet is unique, so I take the time to understand their personality and needs to ensure they receive the best possible care. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages, so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.

Before your pet’s stay or visit, I’d love to arrange a meet-and-greet so I can get to know both you and your furry friend(s)! This is a great opportunity for me to learn about their personality, daily routine, and what helps them feel comfortable and happy. During our meet-and-greet, I’d love to hear about their feeding schedule, potty routine, exercise needs, favorite toys or activities, medications, medical conditions, allergies, fears, anxieties, and how they interact with other dogs, cats, and people. Please also share any special commands, behaviors, or little preferences that help them feel at ease. The more I know about your pet, the better I can provide personalized care and make sure they feel safe, loved, and right at home while you’re away!
A typical day
A typical day with pets includes morning walks, fresh food and water, potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of affection. I make sure each pet gets the exercise, mental stimulation, and attention they need based on their personality and routine. Throughout the day, I provide supervised play, cuddle time, and opportunities to relax in a safe, comfortable environment. I also send regular photo and video updates so you can see how your pet is doing. My goal is to make them feel happy, loved, and at home while you’re away.

I have over 20 years of experience caring for dogs and cats. I have also cared for other animals like turtles, frogs, rabbits, hamsters and birds. Growing up surrounded by pets sparked a lifelong passion for animal care, and I’ve been caring for them ever since. I used to run my own dog-sitting business in the neighborhood where I grew up. I cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities, providing walks, feeding, playtime, and lots of love and attention. It was a rewarding experience that helped me build lasting relationships with both pets and their owners. I’ve also cared for cats and other small animals, always making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while their owners are away. I understand that every pet has unique needs and routines, and I take pride in providing dependable, compassionate care as if they were my own.

Christine was wonderful enough to help out out when a last minute trip took me out of town unexpectedly. Juju loved his long walks and playtime. She gave us his report card and sent plenty of pics. I'll definitely be using her again in the future. She was trustworthy with following the instructions I left for her and locking up and making sure he was comfy. I am grateful she was able to help care for Juju.
I couldn't have asked for a better first experience! I needed help on very short notice with my newly adopted dog, and she was amazing. She was so patient and understanding with him during this big transition.
