So our very, very shy cats came out to greet Valerie. I can't think of a higher recommendation than that.

While we were away, a heat wave hit and temperatures at home rose into the 90s. Our indoor thermostat was still set for heat, but Valerie noticed the issue, proactively contacted us, and worked with us to switch the AC on. We can’t imagine how miserable our cats would have been without her attentiveness. We’re very grateful for her care and quick thinking!
