“They were extremely accommodating with our pick up and drop off schedule. I have used river maybe five or six times in the past, and that last time I use them I had a very bad experience with poor communication and people were so polite and had a beautiful property and kept in constant communication with plenty of pictures and when it was time for me to pick up my dog, we had a lot of traffic and we’re over an hour late and they were happy to oblige. I will definitely leave my stellar with him anytime and I plan to leave her with them in the future anytime I need a sitter. They sent me lots of pictures. They even went as far as printing out some pictures for us, and they gave Stella a little bandanna like she would have when she left a groomer. They were very polite and had a great backyard, and my dog was very happy when I picked her up, so I know that they treated her well. They are definitely an A+ sitter. There is no one I trust more with my little one. Vinny makes sure that Luna is happy and well-loved. She was treated like family, and you could tell she was so at home when I got the pics of her watching TV and getting nighttime cuddles. We had a wonderful experience with Edelann and Lax and felt completely at ease leaving Buddy with them. They were communicative, warm, and clearly treated him like part of the family. Wan is absolutely amazing! She took such wonderful care of our pup and we’re convinced he loves it there more than home. It’s so nice to have peace of mind that your pet is being taken care of just as you would when you’re away. Wan was even incredibly flexible and accommodating when a snowstorm kept us from getting home on time, keeping our guy for a few extra days. So thankful for her!
