Sandra and San were absolutely incredible with Leo! We left him with them for 5 nights and felt so comfortable knowing he was in such good hands. They were so warm, kind, and caring, and I really appreciated how much effort they made to get to know Leo beforehand and understand his personality and routine. It really showed how responsible and thoughtful they are as sitters. Leo got tons of walks, playtime with Penny, and plenty of room to run around in their big fenced-in yard. We loved all the photos and videos and could tell he was having such a great time. They were also so easy to communicate with, which made everything completely stress-free. We’d absolutely have Leo stay with them again and HIGHLY recommend!!!
Christina truly went above and beyond with my dog Sammy, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Sammy can be very nervous around new people and takes time and patience to become comfortable, and Christina and her husband were incredibly understanding and respectful of his boundaries from the very beginning. She kept me consistently updated with photos throughout his stay, which gave me so much peace of mind, and I could tell she was genuinely paying attention to how he was feeling and adjusting her approach accordingly. She was patient, compassionate, communicative, and took all of the information I gave her about Sammy’s routine and temperament seriously. This was a big step for both Sammy and me, and Christina made the entire experience so much easier than I expected. I’m extremely grateful for the care and effort she put into making him feel safe and comfortable. I would absolutely trust her with Sammy again and highly recommend her, especially to anyone with a dog who may need a little extra patience and understanding.
Kevin was great!! I was definitely nervous about leaving Willow with someone new, but we met up at the dog park beforehand so (we) and our dogs could meet, and make sure they got along. They did, thankfully!! He was great with communication which made me feel better leaving her. She was happy when I picked her up and everything seemed to go well. I’d definitely book with Kevin and Bubbles again!
Catherine is the absolute best! She is super communicative, easy to reach, and I’ve had seamless booking experiences with her. She is also super understanding! I had flight delays that resulted in me needing a later pick up time at the last minute and she was super accommodating.
