“I have a 130 lb female Great Dane who isn’t the easiest to handle, but Bryndon was absolutely amazing with her. Highly recommend to anyone — especially if you have a big pup who needs a little extra attention!”

About: I've had many pets in my life, I've raised 3 dogs and have two cats. I've given basic training to my cats and given senior care to many a dog. I'm in school virtually so I have a lot of flexibility within my schedule and am open to traveling for services. Owning cats also allows me to be free in case of emergencies (they are really understanding). My railroad style apartment was decorated with two frisky kittens in mind so my place is pretty tamper proof. It's easy to isolate them from the rest of the space when (or if) introducing guests and easy to navigate for them with adequate space for play/sleep/snacking or whatever their little hearts desire.
“Andrea was very easy to work and communicate with through the whole process, and put us at ease for our first time using Rover. She sent great photos and didn’t mind the occasional love bites one of our cats tends to give.”

“Andrew always does such a great job taking care of my 2 cats (one senior and one kitten). He asks great questions about their care, leaves detailed notes, and sends lots of pictures. I’ve booked with him a few times now and would highly recommend.”

“Christine was fantastic taking care of Minino while we were away! She came by daily to feed him and always sent us pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear she genuinely cared about him and made sure he was happy and well looked after. Highly recommend her for anyone needing a reliable, attentive cat sitter.”

“From our first contact, Sara was pro active and eager to meet. Our 10 day trip was between Christmas and past New Year. I wanted to book early for our 3 cats, (brothers - Moe, Larry and Curly). I anticipated that many care givers could also have personal holiday plans, making booking help problematic. Sara understood completely and we met 6 weeks prior to our need. She was attentive to the boys and quick to get friendly with them. Even on a very snowy day, Sara texted to inform me she had plans in place to get to our apartment, and was on time with their visit. She posted pictures daily, kept great records, and made my husband and I feel totally at ease with her care. I absolutely recommend Sara to anyone who loves their pet(s) and needs the occasional assistance.”

“She is absolutely amazing. Always kept me updated and asked questions if needed to know anything. She is very thorough and took care of my dog and he was her own. 100% recommend if you want you fur baby to be loved while you are gone.”

“Hailey came to our rescue with only one week notice during the holiday season! She texted photos and details of her visits every day and followed my many notes. Our cats were shy with her at first, but the Christmas tissue paper we left for them to play with was well clawed up, so they ended up having a great time! Thank you Hailey! ”
“Peter was great with truffle! He came on time and took truffle for a nice long walk. Truffle was all smiles on return and had yhe zoomies ..so he’s ready to go again. Thanks Peter !”

About: I’ve been around animals, specifically dogs, for as long as I can remember. I’ve had boxer and pit bulls my entire life growing up, I treat them like family. I am very good and patient with playing and taking dogs on walks and getting their energy out. I am currently getting my masters degree and in my internship semester, so I have availability Monday and Wednesday up until 4pm. Tuesday, Thursday, Friday I have availability until 12. I think taking dogs for walks on leash is best, and if you have a fenced in yard I would never leave a dog unattended outside. I
“Maia took great care of my cat. My cat Miko is 15 years old and has a very nervous personality, so I was nervous about leaving Miko during my vacation, but I was able to be on vacation with peace of mind that Miko was being lovingly cared for. Maia reported her condition in detail every day and sent me lots of pictures. I would definitely leave my cat with Maia again in the future. She is the best sitter - kind, reliable and responsible! Thank you so much for everthing!”

About: Hello!! I am an absolute dog lover, I’ve dog-sit for friends and family including feeding, walking, and playing with their animals! Im very attentive to detail and making sure feeding and walking stays consistent with their daily schedule. I have experience with very high energy dogs as I’ve primarily taken care of dogs from the range of 1-3 years old. I’m free all days of the week from early mornings to late evenings. I am also available to do multiple walks throughout the day if needed. While I am not providing care in my own home I would typically clean up, make sure there is nothing that is of danger to the dogs. I also will remove any food or drink off my counters, typically for the larger dogs that may be able to reach them.
“Randi was great! She Took care of our two cats while we were out of town for the week. She made sure to take photos and keep us updated with how they were doing the whole time!”

About: I am very reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and flexible! I love dogs, but never had to chance to have one since I grew up with a mom being terrified of dogs. However, that didn't stop me from spending time with dogs and animals outside of my home. I have had some experience volunteering at the local animal shelter in college and have done multiple dog sittings for my friends and neighbors. I already enjoy walking around the city and would love to have your pupper around for additional company! I would love to have the opportunity to care for and provide some love to your pup and keep them happy! I am also currently a PAWS Volunteer in Philly for both cats and dogs. I also can petsit cats too! I will follow all instructions and will adhere to any specific requests you may have for your pet! If I am scheduled off that day, I have the entire day to take care of your pet. Whether it's stopping by the place to change your cat's litter, or walking your dog, I am pretty flexible on the days that I am available. Safety is my number one priority for your pet. I will make sure to adhere to any specific instructions you may have, whether it's keeping your dog away from other dogs, or ensuring your home is appropriately locked up after my visit.

Helen was an amazing dog sitter! She watched our Siberian Husky, Esko, for five days and took such great care of her. She came beforehand to meet Esko, communicated with us throughout our trip, and sent pictures every day. We felt completely comfortable knowing Esko was in great hands. We will definitely use Helen again and highly recommend her!

Sam is the best! My two boys are getting to be in their senior years and are very different. Jimmy is on the bigger side around 40 pounds and rambunctious and Dwight is on the smaller side around 25 pounds and pretty lazy. Sam interacted and loved both boys and was so lovely and attentive on his visits to feed them while we were away on vacation. We are so glad to have found Sam 😌

Emily was absolutely wonderful with Brady! She was reliable, caring, and truly went above and beyond while watching him. She provided thoughtful updates and photos, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. It was clear Brady was happy, comfortable, and genuinely well cared for the entire time. Knowing he was treated with so much love and attention made all the difference. I highly recommend Emily to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and professional pet sitter.
This is our first time using Rover and we felt so lucky that we found Karen. Karen takes care of our pets not only with full of experience and patience, but also with love and sentiment. She’s always so considerate, thoughtful and responsive and she gets along with both of our pets so well just after a couple of visits. We trust her 100% with our pets and will definitely rebook with her next time we are out of town. I highly recommend Karen.

Natalie is an amazing sitter - she has an intuitive understanding of animals, a kind & loving approach, and took great care of my dog. Her adherence to instructions and attention to detail were excellent, and the communication was great throughout the process. Will definitely book again.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
