They're only human, after all!
I can't remember a time when I did not have a pet in my life. Probably because there never was such a time! Mostly dogs, but, I have also been a proud cat owner. I have cared for friends' pets, and I understand that leaving your fur baby with someone requires trust. For several decades, I have chosen to adopt my animals from shelters. I can tell you that it has taught me to appreciate that every animal is different, with their own personality, quirks, routines, and needs. Our pets are part of our family. And, yes, they make mistakes at times, create messes, get into places they shouldn't. They're only human, after all! I promise to bring the same patience, care, and affection I show to my animals into every interaction I have with yours. I am available to walk your dog(s) and will be sure to take then on walks as long or short as you recommend, up to 60 minutes. I can stay and play with your pet for a while, as well. I will work within your guidelines and your pet's routine. I am also available for short overnight stays in your house.

I will work within your boundaries. You know your pet best, so tell me what they need, whether that's a long walk, extra water after play, specific treats at specific times, or simply making sure they’re comfortable in their crate or free to roam. You tell me what works for your pet, and I’ll follow their routine. They’re your family, and I’m here to help.

Veronica is a kind and nurturing person who has helped out with our dogs and cats many times. She has taken in pets in need, such as fostering a dog whose owner became ill and neighbors' pets who had survived a house fire. She is great with both dogs and cats and is one of the few people that I trust to care for my pets as if they were her own. I recommend her without hesitation.
Veronica was just perfect for our high energy Frenchie. You could immediately see that he was comfortable with her, jumping on her lap, licking her and ready to play. She reciprocated by playing and giving him lots of attention. She spent a few days with our baby, sending us updates and photos so we wouldn’t miss him so much. Her communication definitely put our mind at ease while we were away. We felt 100% comfortable with her and would definitely use her again.
Roni took care of my two dogs, Charlie (Boxer) and Winston (Maltese) while I was between moving and selling my mothers house. This was a very stressful time for my family though we found much relief knowing the dogs were in Roni’s care. She was very communicative and would provide frequent updates to how the dogs were doing as well as made sure all their needs were met. I cannot thank Roni enough for her tremendous help and support with Charlie and Winston!

Schedule
I am available for walking, playing, feeding, whatever you need. I will come to your home and am available for short overnight stays, if needed. I am available weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

- Let me know if your pet has special needs. I will work within your boundaries. I have adopted and fostered dogs and have taken care of my own elderly pets. I have experience with incontinence, giving oral medication, and monitoring wounds after surgery as well as changing dressing. Let's discuss their needs and together decide if we are comfortable with the care I can offer.
