I have a big & powerful dog who is doing her best to be good & calm, but does not always nail it! He was AMAZING with her!! I could tell that she felt totally comfortable and loved the whole 2 weeks I was gone. He walked her a lot and was very understanding about her special attributes & need to destroy toys. She slept in bed with him & was allowed on the couch, which was really comforting for her. I booked him the day before I left town and he was professional, pleasant & flexible with timing. This is the second time we used Karen to watch our cat Lucky while we were on vacation. Kun and Jinny were amazing with our maltipoo and cavapoo! We were very comfortable leaving our two dogs under their care, and communication was excellent with frequent updates. Our maltipoo can be sensitive around new people but he was comfortable, well rested and had a great time playing with their dog Som :) I highly recommend and will be booking with them again in the future. Christina truly went above and beyond with my dog Sammy, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Sammy can be very nervous around new people and takes time and patience to become comfortable, and Christina and her husband were incredibly understanding and respectful of his boundaries from the very beginning. She kept me consistently updated with photos throughout his stay, which gave me so much peace of mind, and I could tell she was genuinely paying attention to how he was feeling and adjusting her approach accordingly. She was patient, compassionate, communicative, and took all of the information I gave her about Sammy’s routine and temperament seriously. This was a big step for both Sammy and me, and Christina made the entire experience so much easier than I expected. I’m extremely grateful for the care and effort she put into making him feel safe and comfortable. I would absolutely trust her with Sammy again and highly recommend her, especially to anyone with a dog who may need a little extra patience and understanding.
Kevin was great!! I was definitely nervous about leaving Willow with someone new, but we met up at the dog park beforehand so (we) and our dogs could meet, and make sure they got along. They did, thankfully!! He was great with communication which made me feel better leaving her. She was happy when I picked her up and everything seemed to go well. I’d definitely book with Kevin and Bubbles again!
