While I was away, Rachel was very responsive to my texts and was even kind enough to bring in a package that I forgot was arriving. She definitely took the time to check in with Boris and make sure that he was okay for the day. I truly felt that Boris was in great hands with Rachel and I would definitely have Rachel come by again.”
